We worked with Julia and she and her staff have been very professional, from the application process to the delivery of furniture. The delivery drivers came in and set it up in a timely manner. They also have someone to make sure that everything was set up and looked good in the apartment her name is Molly, she is very sweet and you can tell she loves her job. We have a two bedroom package with them, the furniture is good quality. They have made our temporary living situation a pleasant one. Thank you all at Brooks furniture.

Nothing but great experiences working with Julia Head and Brook Furniture Rental. Customer service and attention to detail beyond compare! I have used this team several times and they treat you like family. On my latest business trip before moving in I had some design questions for the space. Julia went to my apartment free of charge and put together an awesome package that worked great for me. Who does that! I recommend Julia and Brook Furniture to anybody that want's a quality, no nonsense approach to Furniture Rental. They truly are the best.

Working with Brook Furniture Rental was such a pleasure! Julia guided me to the right pieces at the right price, and they look awesome. Delivery was on time, the guys were polite and quick to set everything up. Brook even sent a representative shortly after delivery to ensure I was happy with the furniture. Great customer service! I would definitely recommend Brook and the quality of their furnishings.

Brook Furniture Rental exceeded my expectations with excellent customer service and quality furniture. They were able to furnish my 1400 sq ft. office space quickly with a short notice. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Alisa made us feel as though we were more than just another customer. She took special care to ensure that we were getting exactly what we needed when we needed it. This was a wonderful experience from the time I walked into Brook Furniture to the moment the furniture was delivered and set up by a friendly and helpful delivery team.
