Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the VRTO website located at vrto.com (the "Site"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site and all content, services, and features available through the Site. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. VRTO is a directory service, not a store. We do not sell, lease, rent, or finance any products. We do not set prices, negotiate terms, or manage rental agreements. We do not employ or control the staff at any listed store. Any transactions you enter into with a store listed in our directory are solely between you and that store.

We also provide tools such as a rent-to-own payment calculator, blog content, and educational resources. These are provided for informational and estimation purposes only and should not be construed as financial, legal, or professional advice.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our Site, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting forms or inquiries.
  • Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site.

However, we source our data from publicly available information and cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any store listing, including but not limited to store names, addresses, phone numbers, hours of operation, product offerings, and pricing information.

Store details can change at any time without notice to us. We strongly recommend that you verify all information directly with the store before making a visit or entering into any agreement. VRTO assumes no responsibility for errors, omissions, or outdated information in our listings.

Calculator estimates, blog content, and other informational resources on our Site are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial, legal, or commercial advice and should not be relied upon as such.

5. Lead Generation Disclosure

VRTO operates in part as a lead generation service. When you submit a quote request, contact form, or similar inquiry through our Site, your information (including your name, contact details, and inquiry specifics) may be shared with one or more local rent-to-own stores relevant to your request.

By submitting such a form, you expressly consent to being contacted by the relevant store(s) regarding your inquiry. This contact may come via phone, email, or text message. You understand that VRTO has no control over how the store uses your information once it is shared, and the store's own privacy policy and terms will govern their handling of your data.

We may receive compensation from stores or third parties in connection with leads generated through our Site. This compensation does not influence the order or prominence of store listings in our directory.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Site, is the property of VRTO or its content licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Brand names, store names, and trademarks mentioned on this Site are the property of their respective owners. Their use on our Site is solely for identification and informational purposes and does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VRTO, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Site.
  • Any information obtained from the Site, including store listings, calculator results, or blog content.
  • Any transactions or interactions between you and any store listed in our directory.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to your use of the Site exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information on the Site.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
