What to Expect at This Store
Visiting a rent-to-own store is straightforward. Here is a general overview of what to bring and how the process typically works. Requirements may vary — contact Aaron's directly to confirm.
What to Bring
- Valid photo ID — driver's license, state ID, or passport
- Proof of income — recent pay stub, bank statement, or benefits letter
- Proof of residence — utility bill, lease agreement, or mail with your address
- Personal references — typically 3-4 contacts with phone numbers
How It Works
- 1 Browse in store — choose from available furniture, appliances, electronics, and more
- 2 Apply — no traditional credit check at most stores; approval is based on income and residency
- 3 Get approved — many stores offer same-day approval and immediate access to your items
- 4 Delivery or pickup — most stores include free delivery, setup, and ongoing service/maintenance
Typically included with rent-to-own agreements:
Free delivery and setup, service and maintenance for the life of the agreement, the option to return items at any time without penalty, and an early purchase option (EPO) to buy the item outright before the lease ends. Rent-to-own is not a loan or credit purchase. Specific terms vary by store.

My experience with Aaron’s has been extremely disappointing. The employee named Louis (or Luis) is consistently rude, loud, and unprofessional. Any time I ask for a manager, he becomes disrespectful, places me on long hold times, and never actually resolves anything. I was also given the regional manager Mike’s number and told to reach out if issues continued. I have contacted him twice with no response. That alone says a lot about the leadership here. If you expect professionalism and respect as a customer, I would not recommend this location at all.
This is the worst store I’ve ever been at. I waited a week and a half for a washer and dryer and they called me today and said oh well you weren’t put on the schedule after I took a day off work to wait on these idiots to deliver and no one will answer their phone. Nothing it’s the worst company in the world. I hope they go out of business.
No one greets you at the door if your not Hispanic. I speak Spanish like my Mother and they were having a full conversation like they were not working as I and my family walked in. I and my wife have an account there but we are going to check Rooms 2 Go. Terrible work ethics.
My Refrigerator is broke and has been for quite sometime. I can not get any results on a solution I am a faithful customer and pay on time every time. Customers are only important when signing that contract after that your nothing.
The worst place and customer service ever. I should’ve known not to come to this location after they delivered my furniture almost two weeks after I signed and paid. Then they are the most insensitive people ever. I’ve had this account for a little over a year now. I called and took my card off of autopay for the pandemic. Mind you I STILL PAID! They charged my card anyway and apologized after I called. The manager even offered a $35 discount although I still haven’t received it. This was back in April. Then they decide to charge my card again today although I have been calling in to pay and no other autopay agreement was set in to place for my bedroom furniture. The manager was very rude at the beginning until he realized he made a mistake AGAIN, and offered to return my money. I go to look at my account right after the call and he charged my card again (after claiming earlier the charge was automatic) Again he tried to act like he didn’t see the charges until I sent him an email with proof. Beware of this location and company. We all know this company attracts those who don’t have the means to buy furniture outright. Do not do business with these crooks!
