How Verification Works

The VRTO team contacts the store's owner, general manager, or regional director directly — by phone, email, or through industry connections.
Information Confirmed
Store leadership confirms the listing details: address, hours, phone number, product categories, and any other information displayed on VRTO.
Video Walkthrough (Optional)
Participating stores record a brief video tour of their showroom. This gives consumers a real look at the store — what's on the floor, how the space is set up, and what to expect when they walk in.
Badge Awarded
Once verified, the store earns the VRTO Verified badge on its listing and across the directory. The badge signals to consumers that a real person at the store has confirmed this information.
Periodic Re-Verification
VRTO checks back periodically to make sure information stays current. If a store's details become outdated or the store is no longer active, the badge is removed.
