Been a customer of Red Door for about 5 6 years now. Love them. Awesome Company. Highly recommend them.
I do not recommend anyone going to this place. They tried scamming me several times. One time I was “late” on a payment for family emergency and they were already trying to go get the furniture. Everyone is so rude , the drivers especially one employee called Joe Collado . They processed a payment without my consent. I have a video of Joe Collado harassing my husband and I. Oh and last but not least they tried to go into my house without my authorization. Bad customer service and was also humiliating us by telling us we didn’t have ‘’enough’’ money when we were trying to make a payment. I work in retail and deal with customers everyday and I don’t treat my customers like this. Indeed, this company should be closed and they should all be fired.
I’ve been a Red Door customer for about 10 years. Service has always been great. Joe and Sal always go above and beyond to help and make sure that I’m fully satisfied with my purchase. Everyone there has a great attitude always!!!! Keep up the great work guys and gals!!!
The customer service here is always awesome! Sal always pays super close attention to what we like and makes good recommendations. Plus he never fails to get us a good deal!
The customer service in Red Door is exceptional. I have been going with them for the past 3 years not only because of the great costumer service but the good quality of furniture. I highly recommend it.
I have been a Red Door customer for about two years, and I love the quality of the furniture and the staff are amazing. If you go there ask for Sal! He is very nice and is there to get you what you desire , and make it as affordable as possible.
