Been a customer of Red Door for about 5 6 years now. Love them. Awesome Company. Highly recommend them.
I do not recommend anyone going to this place. They tried scamming me several times. One time I was “late” on a payment for family emergency and they were already trying to go get the furniture. Everyone is so rude , the drivers especially one employee called Joe Collado . They processed a payment without my consent. I have a video of Joe Collado harassing my husband and I. Oh and last but not least they tried to go into my house without my authorization. Bad customer service and was also humiliating us by telling us we didn’t have ‘’enough’’ money when we were trying to make a payment. I work in retail and deal with customers everyday and I don’t treat my customers like this. Indeed, this company should be closed and they should all be fired.
Don’t waste your time with Aaron’s or rent a center they are trash compared to red door!!! Red door is amazing! They actually care and want to help you! Best renting center literally ever! Omar, Diego and Luis are the best 💯!!!!! I praise management and workers here they truly are the best! -Karen Peterson
Friendly and helpful staff! They were able to find exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price and payment plan! Scheduled for delivery on time and very reliable. My wife loved her new dresser with vanity mirror! Highly recommended.
I’ve been a Red Door customer for about 10 years. Service has always been great. Joe and Sal always go above and beyond to help and make sure that I’m fully satisfied with my purchase. Everyone there has a great attitude always!!!! Keep up the great work guys and gals!!!
The customer service here is always awesome! Sal always pays super close attention to what we like and makes good recommendations. Plus he never fails to get us a good deal!

I have been a Red Door customer for about two years, and I love the quality of the furniture and the staff are amazing. If you go there ask for Sal! He is very nice and is there to get you what you desire , and make it as affordable as possible.
Red door was very friendly to me when I walked in. They greeted me and quickly showed me what I was looking for. They also were very fast and easy to get me qualified and most importantly I was able to get my 11 year old son what he wanted for his birthday. Thank you red door for making that happen and thank you for you’re friendly customer service I will definitely recommend people to you all..!!!!!

Nice place to buy furniture. Showroom is little small but I was able to order the pieces I wanted from from their website. The sales guy was nice and he made sure my bedroom set delivered immediately. I'm happy with my purchase.
