So disappointed, called to schedule an appointment and girl that answered was incredibly lazy. Refused to schedule an appointment insisting that walk ins are welcome. Shame because the NP we saw last year was great.

I had an excellent experience at this clinic. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming and efficient, making check-in quick and stress-free. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. My provider Santos was thorough, attentive, and genuinely took the time to listen to my concerns. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my treatment plan before I left. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated the compassionate care I received.

I just would like to say that all my furniture has been from Red Door never have I had a problem with customer service or the store manager Omar his really understanding and helpful on everything that you communicate with him and his team.!

I would like to share my overall experience with Omar from Red Door, not only he provides good information regarding prices, payments but also makes sure that he finds what I’m looking for in furniture. My experience has been extremely wonderful that I already recommended him to several family members and they also like the treatment he provided. These guys are straight up about what you buy with them, I've purchased a few things with them, I've talked to Omar so many times and he's very understanding and will help you as long as you *COMMUNICATE* with him, when I was in between jobs and wasn't able to pay, he was very understanding and helpful, they show you the contract before you even sign, if you change your mind before buying too, they're okay with that, they explain it to you if you don't understand, they will break it down to you as well, I've referred my friends and family to them and they all agree with me, that Omar, will genuinely work with you and is very, and I mean, very, kind hearted.

This is regarding Omar from Red Door Furniture in North Loop. I strongly advise staying away from him. If you're late on a payment, he reacts aggressively, sending repeated rude text messages as if the money is coming directly out of his own pocket. Additionally, he refuses to provide customers with documentation of their payment history, making it impossible to track how much has been paid over time. Instead, he tells customers to come to the store if they want any information. Many customers prefer to avoid dealing with him, as he continues to charge without providing any clear account statements or updates. I have attempted to contact the district manager regarding these concerns, but there has been no response. There must be accountability for this store, especially since they do not have a website where customers can track their payments. This lack of transparency raises concerns about potential overcharging, which would be highly unethical and possibly illegal. Avoid dealing with Omar—he acts as if he owns the store, making the experience frustrating and unprofessional.

Don’t waste your time with Aaron’s or rent a center they are trash compared to red door!!! Red door is amazing! They actually care and want to help you! Best renting center literally ever! Friendly and helpful staff! They were able to find exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price and payment plan! Scheduled for delivery on time and very reliable. My wife loved her new dresser with vanity mirror! Highly recommended.

I wanted to take the time and leave feedback on this store. They have the BEST customer service employees. A big shout out to Lulu who assisted me. They have great furniture and reasonable prices! Really recommend them, will definitely continue buying from them in the future. One pleased customer!

Red door was very friendly to me when I walked in. They greeted me and quickly showed me what I was looking for. They also were very fast and easy to get me qualified and most importantly I was able to get my 11 year old son what he wanted for his birthday. Nice place to buy furniture. Showroom is little small but I was able to order the pieces I wanted from from their website. The sales guy was nice and he made sure my bedroom set delivered immediately. I'm happy with my purchase.
