So disappointed, called to schedule an appointment and girl that answered was incredibly lazy. Refused to schedule an appointment insisting that walk ins are welcome. Shame because the NP we saw last year was great.

I just would like to say that all my furniture has been from Red Door never have I had a problem with customer service or the store manager Omar his really understanding and helpful on everything that you communicate with him and his team.!

I would like to share my overall experience with Omar from Red Door, not only he provides good information regarding prices, payments but also makes sure that he finds what I’m looking for in furniture. My experience has been extremely wonderful that I already recommended him to several family members and they also like the treatment he provided. If you are looking for good quality, affordable but most importantly quality and good customer service visit Omar at Red Door located on North Loop and Horizon.

These guys are straight up about what you buy with them, I've purchased a few things with them, I've talked to Omar so many times and he's very understanding and will help you as long as you *COMMUNICATE* with him, when I was in between jobs and wasn't able to pay, he was very understanding and helpful, they show you the contract before you even sign, if you change your mind before buying too, they're okay with that, they explain it to you if you don't understand, they will break it down to you as well, I've referred my friends and family to them and they all agree with me, that Omar, will genuinely work with you and is very, and I mean, very, kind hearted.

This is regarding Omar from Red Door Furniture in North Loop. I strongly advise staying away from him. If you're late on a payment, he reacts aggressively, sending repeated rude text messages as if the money is coming directly out of his own pocket. Additionally, he refuses to provide customers with documentation of their payment history, making it impossible to track how much has been paid over time. Instead, he tells customers to come to the store if they want any information. Many customers prefer to avoid dealing with him, as he continues to charge without providing any clear account statements or updates. I have attempted to contact the district manager regarding these concerns, but there has been no response. There must be accountability for this store, especially since they do not have a website where customers can track their payments. This lack of transparency raises concerns about potential overcharging, which would be highly unethical and possibly illegal. Avoid dealing with Omar—he acts as if he owns the store, making the experience frustrating and unprofessional.

Been a customer of Red Door for about 5 6 years now. Love them. Awesome Company. Highly recommend them.

I do not recommend anyone going to this place. They tried scamming me several times. One time I was “late” on a payment for family emergency and they were already trying to go get the furniture. Everyone is so rude , the drivers especially one employee called Joe Collado . They processed a payment without my consent. I have a video of Joe Collado harassing my husband and I. Oh and last but not least they tried to go into my house without my authorization. Bad customer service and was also humiliating us by telling us we didn’t have ‘’enough’’ money when we were trying to make a payment. I work in retail and deal with customers everyday and I don’t treat my customers like this. Indeed, this company should be closed and they should all be fired.

Don’t waste your time with Aaron’s or rent a center they are trash compared to red door!!! Red door is amazing! They actually care and want to help you! Best renting center literally ever! Omar, Diego and Luis are the best 💯!!!!! I praise management and workers here they truly are the best! -Karen Peterson
