Shelby the msnsger+ helped us find just what we were looking for. She was very helpful and very nice to talk with. Thank you Aaron's for being a great place to buy my furniture! I have been buying from Aaron's for many many years. Living room, bedroom and so on.
Not only was it one of the nicest showrooms come to find out that the person who is so professional helped me and got me more credit than I was approved for was the general manager he walked me through the process, made everything super easy. He called me promptly when the furniture came in to set an appointment The delivery crew called told me they were on their way showed up super professional. They brought all my furniture in got all set up for me right where I wanted it not a Nick or a scratch on anything or any of the walls which I expected when moving stuff in these guys were fabulous if you live in their area and want the best service errands on 162nd is your place to shop

Nick is such a kind manager. He makes sure that his customers are taken care of. He listens to your needs and concerns and takes his time with customers. He is a true gem working in a very complicated company. And he manages it like a champ! I am truly impressed.
I absolutely love my Jamal sectional, and the customer service is simply phenomenal. When RAC cancelled on me last minute during moving day between two downtown apartments - Aaron's employees saw how distraught I was all by myself and saved the day. In addition to the sectional, they moved my "RAC" TV & electric fireplace entertainment center for me. On days I've had no one else, they've been there. Always kind, funny and informative. Favorite rent-to-own place in town! 10/10 would recommend.
