What Customers Are Saying

Recent reviews from rent-to-own stores in Beaverton.

I'm on my third contract in less than 2 years. Their service is ridiculously good and if they don't have an item they try to get it from another store. I've purchased two previously rented items and had no problems with them and one almost brand new item, with the exception of my dryer which was out on loan when I purchased the set so they made sure I had both a washer and dryer that worked for a decent price and got a discount for being patient on delivery. Allen Boulevard Rent-A-Center is a good store with good people

I've dealt with a few locations over the years but I really love the staff here. The manager and his staff go that extra bit to always make sure we were happy with our purchases and help in any way they could. When I was struggling they were understanding and did everything they could to help us keep our furniture and really came up with different options that worked for us.. I understand a lease-purchase isn't right for everyone but I've always found Rent-A-Center to be fair with me and absolutely fantastic in a pinch! I've furnished entire homes with them and never regretted it.

I'm not going to lie.. I've been an extremely disrespectful, bratty and all around difficult customer right off the bat. Complaining when there was nothing to complain about - for example - when it turned out I didn't have to make a payment on one of my items until next month.. I was upset everything wasn't "due on the same day". Everything is due on the same day like I requested, I just had to pay less this month.. which is obviously ideal. Regardless of the circumstances in my life this week that led me to project such cruddy energy on this team.. It was excessive and unnecessary.. and they were absolutely phenomenal. Each and every member of this store stayed patient, positive, and explained things in various ways until I fully absorbed it. I am disappointed in my behavior. However, I am utterly grateful for their consistent impressive customer service and extremely satisfied with the new additions to my living room (75" Samsung smart tv & a beautiful black entertainment stand with an impressive electric fireplace). I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Everyone is very nice and welcoming... They all yell welcome to Aaron's, I'm sure they have to because of company policy (Subway had the same policy, but changed it up for a unique greeting... Better). My leasing experience was quick and easy. I had a small form to fill out... You need four references. They scheduled delivery for the next day & delivered on time.
