⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 out of 5 – Highly Recommend! I love my experience every time I visit the Rent-A-Center at 31st & Sheridan. The entire staff is always helpful, patient, and professional. Even when an issue came up, Denise and the district manager Joey fixed everything the same day with grace and kindness—and Joey even gave me an amazing deal he didn’t have to, simply because they value their customers. Parker delivered my furniture today by himself, and even though it was heavy, he worked hard, stayed professional, and handled everything so gracefully. He even shook hands with my husband and neighbor—truly a great young man. This whole store goes above and beyond, never rushes me, and always makes sure I’m taken care of. Best customer service, best deals. Highly recommend!

Came in today in search of a tv & Washer & Dryer set. Having previously shopped with the pine and Lewis location I had low expectations. Marc assisted with the washer/dryer set and did WONDERFUL, he was knowledgeable, professional, and quick. Denise helped with the tv and went above and beyond what we were expecting. She called other stores in the area, found us the best deal, and made sure we left with exactly what we were wanting. 10/10 on the entire experience. 💗
