First, I want to start off by saying that Penny is very unprofessional, degrading of her customers, and rude!! There have been several encounters where Penny has spoken and acted in a dispiteful manner. As we all know life happens; there was a personal matter in my household where I got into a total loss accident and miscarried my child and was not able to make my payments on time. Me and my Husband have communicated with Penny before that our life took a turn which has delayed our ability to make the payments on time. We have asked Penny to bare with us during that time.The item rented has now gotten fully paid off after Penny ridiculed me and my Husband in front of other customers. Penny discussed openly about our struggle to not make payments on time. I asked Penny to remain professional and to not discuss personal matters in front of other customers. I am beyond upset and so shocked at the unprofessionalism with her. I do not understand why she is so rude and she has been since we became a customer with rent a center .I no longer want business ties with this specific location because of Penny. I have tried my best to not leave a bad review with this location because the other workers are wonderful. Penny embarrassed us in front of others, never apologized when I told her she was wrong, she just walked away. I am in disbelief ! HOW EMBARRASSING!

Bad experience with them. Penny so unprofessional. If you're leasing to own I would not do so. Trying to get it paid off is so horrible. They take so much money from you instead of towards the principal. If you pay extra towards your payment to attempt to pay off sooner they pretty much taking that money, it's really no point. It is a RIP off. This is my first and last with them. Never again Rent A Center. And, please don't let the merchandise have a defect you will not get a exchange they will make promises too but never will just have all kind of excuses. So unorganized and unprofessional never seen nothing like it. Penny which is the manager don't care she's all about collecting that payment don't care about satisfying the customer
