I got a washer and dryer set and when they arrived the washer would not work and everytime I would call about someone fixing it they would say someone would be out there the next day and a week goes by and no one called I would have to call and ask where is the service man at because he would not call and let anyone know what's going on and I got tired of paying for something that has not been fixed.

I'm going to corporate to report the delivery driver that brought a washing machine and dryer to my home. He's continually calls my wife asking all type of questions and texting her phone. If the manager can't do anything I'm going beyond this situation and I want a end to this problem!!

"The manager is at lunch, she'll call you when she gets back" is their favorite lie. I've been paying on a used defective TV for over a month with them promising to switch it out for a new one. They never call back. They have the worst customer service. & that's IF you can get them to answer the phone & speak decent English. Probably going to take my business elsewhere.
