Went to the store yesterday, The only person their had no interest whatsoever in helping me ,I was the only person in the store,they were not busy... Going online... Probably goto a different store if you want to use Aarons..

I called about a previous order made last week!! Shawn answered the phone , this is Shawn can you please hold?? ok i say and thank you!! so i’m waiting and waiting and waiting he finally gets back on the phone , I explain to him i’m calling to check on my order? well when did we order it? I dont see it if it was ordered we get our trucks once a week and i when it get here i’ll give you a call!! all irate and stuff!! ok thanks i say and then i hear click? he hung up!! he’s very rude he’s not people friendly at sll the store must be desperate because honey where i’m from he would have been gone!! no need to be so rude

I felt uncomfortable at this establishment, I’m not sure if it had anything to do with us being African American, but we did not buy anything. One lady helped us out but took a little bit to warm up to us, no one else acknowledged us being in the store. It felt very unwelcoming. The lady was getting our business until something with wrong with equifax and it says my account was frozen. Turns out it wasn’t frozen and by me calling, it froze my account and I had to call to get it unfroze. Very weird experience.

The store manager practically THREATENED TO COME TO MY HOUSE AFTER THE STORE WAS ALREADY CLOSED TO RETRIEVE AN ITEM THAT WAS PRE LEASED THEY SCRATCHED MY WOOD FLOOR WHEN IT WAS Delivered and besides that I am sick and I said I did not want anyone in my home after dark. I am also disabled. I advised him that I would have the item. Put outside my door on Monday. By the maintenance man, I am only one payment behind. You would have thought I was running from them for $53. This is really a smack in the face. After I've bought a pair of so many things from this store. I feel disrespected. I feel threatened and I feel not appreciated as a customer. I have to watch my back. Because these people have I am going to file a police report and get a restraining order against the manager of the store and whoever else was employed at this store. There's no respect coming from this store. So why should my money be invested in anything such as errands? And I am going to call the Corporate office because I feel disrespected. He was yelling at me like I was a kid like his mother gave birth to me. His Name is SHAWN ------ SO IF MY HOME IS VANDALIZED BROKEN INTO OR I AM HARMED HOLD AARONS AND THIS OVERLY AGGRESSIVE MANAGER ACCOUNTABLE!!!!! COMPLETELY FLOORED by his threats and actions this all over $53.00 after I've spent thousands of $$$$$ where is the respect NOWDAYS!!!
