Love this place, I have been dealing with this particular store for years and the customer service is definitely awesome. The new manager is a great guy and will definitely work with you to solve any issues that you may have, especially during these harsh times. If there's an item that you really need and they don't have it, you better believe they will call around until they find it for you. Update: Don't do it, this place did nothing to work with me through a difficult Covid pandemic even though I had insurance. I really don't understand the purpose for paying for insurance that apparently they don't honor in the event you cannot pay your bill. I have been a very good customer, paying my bill on time and spending thousands of dollars paying off merchandise with this company but they don't care about that, they don't even give you good deals for being a loyal customer. The rates are higher than ever now on products that aren't even worth it. So disappointed with Rent A Center.
