I needed a couch last year and I was able to get a brand new comfy couch from Aaron’s. They delivered and set it up quickly. The best thing about my experience was Kobi, he’s knowledgeable, professional and he follows up. I am giving 5 stars based on the fact that I have furnished my entire home from Aaron's. Obviously, everyone has their own opinions but as for mine...My start to finish at Aaron's came with some, but few frustrations. That being said COMMUNICATION IS KEY! These people will work with you if you just communicate with them. In a world where not everything is perfect a few times I had to call or visit the store to correct an issue. One thing I didn't like was the turn over in employees the Laurel location has. That alone I think is what caused a lot of confusion during the time I was with Aaron's. Again, if you just communicate, MOST of the staff is decent enough to work through whatever it is you may need. Alex is the manager I've dealt with the most. Kudos to you and your team.
