Ebee was a wonderful delivery man. He brought my sectional and recliner in by himself! Very friendly made sure I was happy. And I WAS! My sectional was the perfect fit and very comfortable.

Nothing but great things to say about the staff at this store. My washer, and dryer both were super old, and did not have the money to just put down on a brand new set. So figured just go with rent a center. The lady Karen who helped me get my process going deserves 10 stars. I got the wrong dryer when delivered, and the team was super prompt and professional with fixing the issue. The two gentlemen who were delivering, and installing also deserve 10 stars. Super nice, and super professional. Only thing I would have to say thats a semi negative....corporate should give the store new trucks, or fix the faded logos on the existing trucks. The company should take pride in all the ways they advertise, and the trucks dont give a good look.
