Recent reviews from rent-to-own stores in Richmond.

Huge shout out to Richmond RAC!! We have acquired several pieces of our home from them, and have no regrets. Mike is a charming salesman (Aren't they all. lol), BUT he is also compassionate and helpful. Whether I'm buying something new, or making a payment, or need a repair, MIKE IS THE MAN!!! Teresa is also very kind and helpful, and way cuter!!!, but Mike will always be the man!!! I appreciate y'all so much.

I want to take a moment to share a genuinely great experience I had with Rent-A-Center. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed or transactional, this experience stood out in a real way. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like a priority—not just another customer, but someone whose time, needs, and situation actually mattered. The team took the time to walk me through my options, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable with my decision. There was no pressure, just real support and professionalism. On top of that, I was able to get $50 off my purchase and found a washer for under $500, which made a huge difference for me. It’s not just about saving money—it’s about feeling respected and taken care of during the process. Moments like that go a long way, especially when you’re making important purchases for your home. It reminded me that good service still exists and that there are businesses out there that truly value their customers. I’m grateful for the experience, and I’d genuinely encourage anyone looking for appliances or flexible purchasing options to give them a try. You might walk in expecting a simple transaction, but you could walk out feeling appreciated—and that’s something that shouldn’t go unnoticed.

Service was amazing all the way around the board. From the moment we walked in. Josh Miller was our sales manager, he did great explaining and helping break down bit by bit, thank you. Then we met with his manager to discuss delivery process. Very thorough, very nice and helpful. He knew our situation and got imus on the delivery next day. Delivery was the cherry on top of great customer service. We ran into a small problem with size issue of my new fridge and door and Tiny & Boots went above and beyond,, to make sure our new fridge was in. Thank you, all of you for making this experience friendly and comfortable. Merry Christmas 🎄 The Stewarts
