They cold call people who have never been a customer and who have never consented to receive marketing information from them. They left a voicemail that was mostly unintelligible, so I called back to ascertain why I was receiving a phone call from them in the first place and was told that they were calling because they received new inventory. I asked for them to remove me from their calling list and instead of responding, they promptly proceeded to hang up on me.
Huge shout out to Richmond RAC!! We have acquired several pieces of our home from them, and have no regrets. Mike is a charming salesman (Aren't they all. lol), BUT he is also compassionate and helpful. Whether I'm buying something new, or making a payment, or need a repair, MIKE IS THE MAN!!! Teresa is also very kind and helpful, and way cuter!!!, but Mike will always be the man!!! I appreciate y'all so much.

We've been using Renter Center for many years now. I highly recommend them. I appreciate all that that have done us. They go out of there to make sure that we are satisfied . The staff that they have working I've known them for years. They are very professional, and very polite. A big thank you to the crew in Richmond ky. Keep doing what you guys are doing.
Do not use I repeat DO NOT USE rent a center I had order a brand new fridge for my brand new trailer and when they were moving the fridge in the tire up a suction of my new flooring. They took pictures and said the manger would be in contact fast forward to 2 weeks later I still hadn’t heard from them so I call and they ask me to come in. So I went in and they absolutely refuse to fix or pay for it to be fixed. We are also pursuing legal actions as I have before and after pictures. They are rude and disrespectful. Please go somewhere else. DO NOT USE. If I could give it negative stars or zero stars I would.
