Horrible customer service. I placed an application online to lease a sectional couch and was told online that I would receive a call back. Days later, no call so I called and spoke with someone over the phone whom was EXTREMELY rude so I came up to the store because he would not give me his name over the phone. I will be following up with corporate and whomever else. This is extremely sad, unprofessional, and this will be dealt with!

Worst business ever poor communication takes forever to receive your furniture. I’ve been waiting on a switch out since May and every time I call they put me on hold and never click back over. I hate that store to be honest. Why is Rent-A-Center still standing?

Would give a negative if I could. Manager thinks he’s god. Took my money and never attempted to call to set up delivery but I called supposedly info was missing and I wasn’t getting my stuff even though they already took my money. And absolute joke of a place

I was trying to call and help my brother get back on track with his bills after he went through a breakup and he got behind. I was trying to talk to them over the phone and was informed that this person was the only one there and he was extremely rude. So we went ahead and made the payment and got him caught up. However due to the unprofessionaliam we decided to keep furniture until the next due date and allow them to just come and get it! When they came that day we already had replacement furniture in the garage! These people are horrible and rude. Go on market place and get furniture people stop allowing these places to rip you off!

I don't feel I was accommodated properly, I receive back lash because unwanted item. I felt terrible about my purchase overall the fear I had when it came to rental which is why I've never rented. I didn't feel valued I wasn't apologize to as the store supervisor cursed not at me but to delivers about me. She said she was irritated. How do she think i feel. I remain kind because i thought they really were trying to help. No chance to explain why I didn't want the bedroom. I was treated basic due to my purchase items overall scammed this set I have I regret i even consider buying anything. Arm rest damage couch has zero support and yes it's used but I could of went to goodwill than this I've been ripped off couch has metal poking out and no back support. Terrible reclining sofa damage top slide off as you try moving to chair poor quality and yes used but I didn't expect it to be this bad. Bad experience I don't recommend rent a center I was warned I could keep going .
