What you can rent here

Rent-A-Center holds a 4-star Google rating across more than 152,000 reviews. Compare Rent-A-Center on VRTO alongside other rent-to-own stores near you, with hours, ratings, and what each carries.

They are horrible customer service people. Not to mentioned they're charging my card and I don't have their furniture. i dont understand that my order is supposed to be canceled but yet they still trying to take money from me. I never had their furniture in my house. So what are they charging me for?

For the most part it was great. However, there was an assumption made and instead of asking me I was just told I couldn't rent until I started my job. I was working and was actually working 2 jobs. So I don't know. I can't afford right now to drop 1000s on new furniture but I can definitely afford to make my payments. I have money going in for direct deposits however I'm a bartender so the majority of my money comes from tips and I do quite well for myself. So fingers crossed your company treats me right or I will definitely take my business to Aaron's because they would love to receive my business

If I could give this place a negative score I would. They’ve inspired me to never do business with another buy here pay here institution ever again. I’ve had a terrible experience from the beginning. Don’t listen to the manager, she’ll say she wants to help you but when you tell her what you’re capable of doing it will never be enough. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Laquana is rude and unprofessional. They also do a horrible job at communicating. I was approved due to paying items off. When Ronnie have me a delivery date I called because I hadn’t heard from them to make sure we were still good for that date and Laquana ends up telling me she didn’t approve him. She has has feelings issues when it’s business.

SCAM...... STAY AWAY!!! LaQuana and Ronnie (management team) are THE RUDEST individuals I have come across in a long time. They took advantage of my mother and neglected to provide, even the littlest, customer service. The one that claims to be the manager (position not deserved) managed to make my moms experience awful and even became belligerent with me. She refused to let me pay off my mothers items and insisted on her making the payment- after she told them she didn't have the money in her account. SEEMS LIKE A SCAM!!! You don't rent to OWN, you pay to rent something, then they turn around and threaten to confiscate it if you don't meet their absurd demands. Their contracts are VERY misleading and set up to screw innocent, trusting people out of their money!
