Customer service was terrible. Store manger has a nasty attitude towards the customers an even the employees he need to be fired.
Went there to grab an item I made a contract with, they were helpful in getting my product. Even though I was told from another store to go there, this place is soooo much friendlier than the Kedzie store I had to go to. Would recommend anyone to avoid the Kedzie place and go here instead.
I called and spoke with the store manager to arrange a payment that I was late on true fact and I got spoken to very rudely by the store manager telling me I need to arrange my payments accordingly to how im getting paid from my 2nd job and he had the most very rudest attitude and spoke down on me like I haven't never shopped with this place before I have a whole 60 inch flat screen TV that I was once paying on and I paid it off on-time so I decided to go and rent a ps5 from same location 7131 S. Jeffrey Chicago Illinois 60649 but I guess it was a mistake the manager there really need to learn the proper way to speak with his customers and learn good customer service etiquette!!!!!! Im very disappointed and shocked on how i was just spoke too!!!!!!! I give this store ABSOLUTELY NO STARS AT ALL!!!!!!!! And you just got reported Mr. Manager 🤣🤣🤣
This place is something else they stop answering the phone at 6pm after helping me get approved for loan
Wanted to rent a refrigerator for my new house but because I didn't have a driver license yet in the new address I was refused
The employées aren't very helpful when it comes to calling you back. They say they will call me back but they don't. I told them they don't return calls they say they are going to do and still didn't.
I love these guys no matter what’s needed they will make it happen. Always friendly and professional
