I called and spoke with the store manager to arrange a payment that I was late on true fact and I got spoken to very rudely by the store manager telling me I need to arrange my payments accordingly to how im getting paid from my 2nd job and he had the most very rudest attitude and spoke down on me like I haven't never shopped with this place before I have a whole 60 inch flat screen TV that I was once paying on and I paid it off on-time so I decided to go and rent a ps5 from same location 7131 S. Jeffrey Chicago Illinois 60649 but I guess it was a mistake the manager there really need to learn the proper way to speak with his customers and learn good customer service etiquette!!!!!! Im very disappointed and shocked on how i was just spoke too!!!!!!! I give this store ABSOLUTELY NO STARS AT ALL!!!!!!!! And you just got reported Mr. Manager 🤣🤣🤣

The employées aren't very helpful when it comes to calling you back. They say they will call me back but they don't. I told them they don't return calls they say they are going to do and still didn't.

If I could give the Manager at the 71st and Jeffrey a million - Negative Stars I would!!! My account is up to date and I have an over $4,000 approved credit that he refuse to let me use at this location. He is reason that you will not receive any of my business!! PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!! GO TO AARONS OR JUST BUY YOUR PRODUCTS FROM THE STORE!!!!
