Thank you, Ashley, for coming through for me when I needed it most. Our old washer set was on its last leg, and getting a new one has been a huge help. The recliners are beautiful also, and my family and I absolutely love them. We truly appreciate you going above and beyond to help us. Your kindness and excellent customer service did not go unnoticed. Thank you again!

I had a great experience at the Rent-A-Center on 47th and Kedzie in Chicago! The whole team was friendly, professional, and super helpful from the moment I walked in. They made the process easy and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Ashley is honestly one of the best employees there — she was patient, kind, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. Armani was also amazing and very helpful throughout the whole experience. You can tell this location really cares about their customers and works together as a great team. Definitely recommend this Rent-A-Center to anyone looking for great service and a welcoming staff!

Just came into the store to look around I always pass through without ever taking the time to actually look an my husband has had an account for forever. Upon walking in I was greeted by a man who came out the office as soon as the door chimed! Super friendly I think he said his name was Joe or John? Wonderful customer service. He talked me through the whole ordeal and answered all my questions. The lady in the office was busy but she came out to help him I didn’t get her name. Wonderful staff though! I see why my husband always talks about them. We just got married so I was looking into getting my own account. We can’t do that apparently but that’s ok because my husband has a good account and we were able to discuss adding an option on next week to the account. Great job to the guy and girl!

Let me start by saying my mother came in as an Amazon customer just returning some items not to shop. I was on FaceTime with my mother to help her out. She was instantly greeted by a warm and friendly tone. A little speedy when she talks but ready to assist. The fireplace displayed in the front caught my mother’s eye but her English isn’t good. Normally I’m expecting her to be brushed off but she took the time using an app to help my mother to converse with her. Her patience to sit through working with my mother using only a half sure app is dedication to be noticed. She offered my mom a promotion of a penny to start her first week since she disclosed the item was preleased. She explained the payments to own the item and broke down all the numbers then wrote them down as well so I could review again with her at home.We will definitely be coming in this week to close out. She asked me to leave a review so I hope you see this and great job! Thank you for caring about the elderly
