Management is so poor. They never do what they say. You have to speak to 4 different people for resolution. Apparently the truck drivers are allowed to answer the phone and make false promises. Told me I can pick up my order today but failed to even grab it like they promised to do. Then I asked them to deliver it, told me to wait between 2-6pm. Now it’s 7pm and I don’t have my stuff. I’ve also requested to change my store because I hate this location but they refuse to do that as well.

Do not use these scammers!!! Bought a new pc that couldn't even play warzone, monitor was even broken right off the bat! Brought it back to them, no big deal. Anyway, said we could exchange it for something else so we got a switch 2. We were told the money from the pc would rollover, needless to say came next week they came hounding me for payment? Like seriously? We just got this a week ago, no charger, the game already redeemed, even confirmed that by them but it still won't count as a payment... just pitiful and worst experience ever! Would recommend facebook marketplace over these clowns!

I shouldn't have to change my number through a CSR multiple times just for it to not go through, then i finally get tired of dealing with it and cancel my order and get the most disgusting attitude I've ever heard come from a human. I made my phone call at 11:15 on the 18th or September, 2025. Whoever this staff was is absolutely disgusting and i will never be doing business with this corporation again.

Started off good with a dinning room and living room set. When they delivered my bedroom set they put it all together in a timely manner. As soon as I went and sat on my bed I was bit by a big bedbug. Needless to say I started going over the bed frame and it was infested. I had to break it down and place it out on the patio. That have a third party lawyer contact you days later and then they want you to prove they are the reason you had bed bugs. They send out an exterminator to investigate and check the rooms and he says it’s hard to find any in carpet to prove my case. A little bit of professionalism could have prevented this whole thing. If they would just inspect there furniture before delivery. I ended up sending all my furniture back. They threw the infested bedroom set off my patio in the truck stacked with the couches that didn’t have any problems. They truly do not handle these situations well at all.

I've been going there for the past 10 years. Mr. Jimmy's the best store manager you could ever ask for and one of his cell's associates, her name is Michelle. She's amazing she done great work today and I greatly appreciate everything they do to help me and my family, so keep up the good work guys. Their customer service is the greatest.
