Unprofessional and rude people. I’m a truck driver and just needed a game for the road. It’s been 4 days since I placed my order, so I had to call the store. The woman started saying they don’t take a Cox cable bill and that she’d also need a lease and two references from me. You’d think they would put that on the website before letting you place an order. Anyway, I told her I stay with my parents. She said they would have to be on there with me. I just told her it’s cool and that I wanted to cancel the order. She said “ok” and hung up in my face. I didn’t like or respect that at all. Very disrespectful customer service.

Service was good, but not the furniture. They replaced a living room set that peeled in less than a year. the new set cushions are bursting out on the sofas...I think the furniture that is giving to rent to own is defective....Very disappointed, but glad to be finished paying. It needs to be thrown away.

Worst place I ever went to the guy behind the counter told me over the phone I could return a computer to them then while I was there he started getting nasty with me refused to let me leave the computer told me even tho I had a picture of it there that if I left it he was going to put it out side and if somebody took that rent a center would still hold me reliable for it I will never do business with them again and before I could even get out the store he started trying to bully me and got in my personal space and wouldn’t back up away from me even after I told him to back up five times I felt like he was trying to intimidate me

I highly recommend the Pensacola Blvd location and be sure to ask for Milton. He went above and beyond to help me with a short term rental. The level of customer service is exceptional. Milton made sure to locate the right recliner and ensured it was delivered same day! Milton embodies what customer service should be and is a true asset to Rent A Center. He always welcomes his customers with a smile, kindness, and compassion. He was such a blessing! THANK YOU, MILTON!
