I recently rented something from Buy wise. I had an issue with it, so I went in to talked to Tim, the mgr. I explained the situation and he was very kind and understanding. He fixed the issue immediately without hesitation. He is a great mgr. he actually cares about his customers. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. I highly recommend Buy wise on 9 Mile Rd. Tim will not let you down...

Tim was extremely helpful and kind. Awesome customer service and they weren't pushy which i have experienced with other rent to own companies. We were able to walk freely through the store and browse without being hassled. It was a great experience and I will recommend them to everyone.

Great professional environment and every one is always sharp and friendly. I've never had a bad experience here at all. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Great work Tim and work crew! Y'all are AMAZING. By the way I travel from Pace and have no reason or want to change locations even though we have one in Pace.
