BuyWise Rent to Own

Based upon prior experience when I bought my dining room table and my dryer from here back in 2020 while Tim was the manager, it wasn’t as bad I don’t recall the constant harassing phone calls and showing up at my house unannounced. Gary and Lee will call me 5 times on the day my payment is due, and if I miss one payment, they will send there employee at my house unannounce the next day. It’s horrible. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY NOR THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE.

Cannot recommend these people enough. They went above and beyond in any way they could to help us keep our stuff and work with us for payments. At this point they feel like family. Anyone reading this I highly highly highly recommend them. Thanks Tim and Joe.....

Missy Bradley was amazing! I knew what I wanted when I went in, we got right to business and took care of me in a timely manner. Would recommend her to everyone if they’re looking for furniture

The staff was friendly, but unfortunately I was looking for new furniture and they are renting to own, on used furniture. Update: Thank you for your reply, I was not informed of that.

I recently rented something from Buy wise. I had an issue with it, so I went in to talked to Tim, the mgr. I explained the situation and he was very kind and understanding. He fixed the issue immediately without hesitation. He is a great mgr. he actually cares about his customers. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. I highly recommend Buy wise on 9 Mile Rd. Tim will not let you down...

Great personal experience with with everyone from A to Z. The only bill that I'm laughing when paying it. Not to mention that Lee called us with a invitation to the Christmas party! Not a flyer a personal phone call. Just another example of the customer experience that has been so amazing since day one.

Tim was extremely helpful and kind. Awesome customer service and they weren't pushy which i have experienced with other rent to own companies. We were able to walk freely through the store and browse without being hassled. It was a great experience and I will recommend them to everyone.

Great professional environment and every one is always sharp and friendly. I've never had a bad experience here at all. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Great work Tim and work crew! Y'all are AMAZING. By the way I travel from Pace and have no reason or want to change locations even though we have one in Pace.

I love this company, they are very friendly and always provided me with great customer service. My experience as a customer at buy wise has been none other then the best. And I would recommend everyone to stop and do business with them, before going anywhere else. I have recently purchased new furniture from this company! The manager Tim Phillips and all the employees were very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely recommend Buy Wise to anyone looking for furniture or appliances. We love our new living room furniture! Thank you for all your help!
