Thank you Patrick and Rick for my furniture delivery today 01/26/2026. It was an amazing delivery. My delivery drivers came right away after my purchase as it was Agree upon. They delivered my furniture in one of the coldest days in winter with exceptional service, Placement was perfect and it makes my purchase feel even more Great to not only have great quality in my furniture but service as well. Thank you Patrick and Rick for my furniture delivery today 01/26/2026. It was an amazing delivery. My delivery drivers came right away after my purchase as it was Agree upon. They delivered my furniture in one of the coldest days in winter with exceptional service, Placement was perfect and it makes my purchase feel even more Great to not only have great quality in my furniture but service as well. had an absolutely amazing experience with Rickey and Patrick from this Rent-A-Center location. They went above and beyond in every way. They were friendly, talkative, and professional the entire time. Not only did they deliver and install my washer and dryer from Rent-A-Center, they also helped me unhook my current washer and dryer so the replacement could be installed. Even when there were difficulties getting the old washer disconnected, they stayed patient and made sure I had the help I needed and that the job was done correctly. On top of that, the dryer ended up not working, and they still made sure to push for a replacement as soon as possible. That level of care and follow-through is rare. Rickey and Patrick are a great team and a true asset to this business. They represent the company extremely well and genuinely made my experience smooth and stress-free. Honestly — they deserve a raise. Thank you both again! Alexis J

Rent a Center is the place to go for almost anything. My refrigerator went out and they were able to rent me a refrigerator and deliver and set it up the same afternoon. Very reasonable cost, friendly and knowledgeable personnel.

This was the best Rent-A-Center I've gone to in this town, Navy Blvd in Pensacola, FL. Pace Blvd and Mobile Hwy were both really bad with their customer service skills but these guys were very professional and I really appreciated being treated like a valued customer. They make me want to come back BUT only to this store. Good jobs guys, y'all are rocking it!
