Not very specific on pricing. Put $20 down to get furniture and they told me that the $20 would cover the first week.But when december first comes , they charge me the full price. They should off told me that when placing an order. Now they say they can't refund me $20

Been wanting to rent furniture from them but never have time to make it to town. Will somebody please tell me why their phone always rings busy and can never get ahold of anyone?

We order a refrigerator from UHR well they delivered a used whirlpool it was fairly nice until they brought it though the front door these guys where told to take the doors off first they did not. They put a big crease in the door and several deep scratches in the door handles. They looked amazed when we told them where not accepting it. So we called the manager and told him he would have a new one for us in two weeks. Well two weeks came and went still no frig. So I called the manager and asked him where it was he got ride and said I'll just send someone out to get the frig or You can sit and wait for the new one to get here he's tired of messing with it. Two weeylater it showed up a brand new Amana. Three weeks later the ice maker sprank a leak and flooded the kitchen and down stairs bed room. So I called them again and told them what had happened spook to a brand new manager the other was gone. The brand new manager new of all the problems we had with the situation so she promised me that someone would be out Saturday at 1:00.So I cancelled a job I had to sit and wait on them. Nobody showed up or called. So Monday came and no phone call so I called and the manager was at lunch supposedly. At that point I called Aaron's rental and rented a frig. Then UHR manager had someone else call me back told them to pick it up .Then the manager called me and at this point all the excuses fell on death ears told her to pick it up. So I throw 600hundred and some dollars away dealing with UHR. Bad part is UHR use to be a great place to do business it's a shame that they went so far down hill.

False advertisement. Spent damn near an hour in the store setting up somethin just to get a call saying the amount was way more with all these fees an activation fees. Told Us 17$ weekly until it was about time to deliver they said the 17 goes up To 24 a week an then we would have to pay the 1 something day of……. I think yal need to do a little better with price estimation an details. I spent my day off wasting my time with yal and I could have went somewhere else an had a washer by the end of the day. I do not recommend!!!! Nice people just not good at financing. When you quote someone and their in ur facility doing business your suppose to give all details before they leave your business not when it’s time To deliver the product am tack on extra money

Everyone was nice and caring and very professional as soon as I walked in the door and made you feel like family .. definitely recommend coming to get your new couch or tv or anything

Double check the items you leave with. They will write you a contract for new items that have been refurbished. Predatory business practice on top of that best to steer clear

My original post was me being irritated. Keep in mind once over twelve years with lots of purchases is pretty good. So I am revising. Tina has always bent over backwards to try and make sure I am taken care of as a customer and I have made ALOT of purchases from the Florence location. Then yesterday switched out a computer they had special ordered for me that was much higher in specs. When I took the other computer in I forgot and left a bunch of dongles in the USB ports as I was in a rush and they were about to close. Then Paula called me to let me know, and I was already on 275 on my way to Cold Springs. So Paula went the extra mile and offered to bring them and meet me in Cold Springs on her way home, as I needed them for work (I work from home) the next morning. She literally went out of her way to get them back to me so that I didn't have an extra hassle the next day. Paula has always been nice and professional any time I have spoken with her, but going out of her way when she was off the clock 100% gave her an MVP spot in my book. She didn't have too, but still went the extra mile! Paula is awesome, and the whole team at this location are rockstars!!!

Horrible experience, constantly changing the amount of the balance, set up for bi-weekly payments and they call every week harassing for payment, they even did it when payments were monthly. Quoted $369 for a pay off and 2 months later they said it was almost $800, then when they said they would honor the first amount they said it was still $179 (after making a payment) and after paying another $360 they are saying it’s still $61. If you can’t pay off the item in the same as cash period, don’t even bother going here they are cheats! Try rent to own or Aaron’s!

Great service from Alyssa, Kim, and the guys that delivered my furniture! All of them were so helpful from start to finish. My children and I love our new living room set. Thank you to the team at UHR-Xenia!

I like to leave this review for Tanner that works at the UHR in Harrison Ohio he was absolutely great he actually returned my call and did what he said he would He's greatly appreciated. I still stand by my review for Tanner but as for the manager not very happy. Unfortunately when this is paid off I'll be taking my business elsewhere and that's sad I've been doing business there since the 1990s

Absolutely the worst, most inconsiderate company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I have been out of town for a week and a half for a family emergency. I’ve been in contact with them and have let them know what is going on, and I’ll take care of my past due balance when I return home. However they continue to harass me each and everyday. Text 8:00 every single morning. And text a few more times around 2 and 3 while calling in between leaving voicemails. Do NOT RENT from this company. I also got 2 iPads from them that were listed as “new” and when I received them they had scratches on the screen and nicks on the back. I never leave reviews, good or bad. But everyone needs to be warned about this company before going through them for anything. They’re terrible human beings.

Says this is physical damage and my fault but bed was still put together and broke….absolutely STAY AWAY! Was told we can return it but would still have to pay for it

Went in and talked to Chris told him what I was looking for said didn't have in store but would get from another one and he did very nice man .explained everything . Great service

I called them right up and spoke to Gavin for a new iPad for my job. I am a tattoo artist so it is a needed tool. Gavin got everything said and done and drove 2 1/2 hours out of his way to drop it off personally to me under 20 bucks they are extremely awesome and offer the best customer service I’ve had in the entire time I’ve been in the industry
