A complete joke. Took my son to get a PS5 and couldn't complete my lease because my parents are dead and I have no family. They require FIVE references and you have to have an address for each person or it doesn't count. So you can be employed with a good income and have money in hand but be turned away for being alone. Stay far away because my son not only didn't get the PS5 we were excited about all day, now he's upset missing his grandparents. Pathetic excuse for a company!
They always do their best to help a person out no matter what the time or the situation they are a great crew they work so well together is a great place after so many bad years this is a nice nice turn around.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! This is such a scam of a company. Offered my friend a lease agreement for $24/week and instead are charging her over $50/week and admitted that the agreement thy sent her had a different price point but “she signed it” so they’ve scammed her into paying twice as much as she could afford. DO BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE
Not very specific on pricing. Put $20 down to get furniture and they told me that the $20 would cover the first week.But when december first comes , they charge me the full price. They should off told me that when placing an order. Now they say they can't refund me $20
Everyone was nice and caring and very professional as soon as I walked in the door and made you feel like family .. definitely recommend coming to get your new couch or tv or anything
Double check the items you leave with. They will write you a contract for new items that have been refurbished. Predatory business practice on top of that best to steer clear
