I would have rated this store 5 stars before the manager Jessica left. Since she moved stores, I have had nothing but problems. The person who replaced her (I should put her name here, but I'm not going to because trust me if you know you know) is horrible. She is rude and absolutely refuses any assistance. I have paid off two very expensive agreements over the years and am halfway through another one. She would rather just come take the living room set that I have poured $2000 into than give me assistance for ONE payment. I was supposedly transferred to the store where Jessica went, and when Jessica called me from the other store she apologized for the other girl, called this store to explain to the new manager exactly what to do and how to do it. Jessica didn't have to do this, as she is at a different store. But she did, because that is the kind of person she is and the kind of person the Xenia store is very unlucky to lose. It was all said and done and I had my new payment date and amount set, so I assumed everything was back on track. Until this morning when they attempted to take that payment out of my account. The payment that is not due for over a week. So although Jessica helped me and told this girl exactly how to set it up.... it still didn't get done. $2000 into this product and I'm ready to send it back and wash my hands of this store. Stay far far away from this location... I would highly recommend going to the location on Airway instead because the Xenia manager does not care about her customers in any way and is clearly only there for a paycheck.
I was there with a patient of mine and they treated her well and helped her with everything she needed. They were extremely friendly.
The Xenia store is always so kind. Jess is very easy to work with and has provided me great customer service!
The delivery guys were very nice. Showed me about features I didn't know about. Did a really great job 👍👍👍
Yesterday I put a review on im not proud of at all. The manager called me back today, after I let her speak long enough she explained things that I wasn't aware of. She was very good about the way I acted and forgave me for being a big mouth. I would like to say I'm very sorry for the things I wrote and I will continue to rent from this store. The manager is awesome. Thank you for caring enough to call back and explain.
Man every since Jess and her crew came in I have had THE BEST SERVICE. Even If my payment was late she worked with me. Jess understood life happens. Best experience I've had with rent to own. I will definitely rent again if needed. Thanks Jess and crew.
