Everything thing went smoothly except for the fact that I asked them not to paint the corner trim boards white and they didn’t paint any of the trim. Just a communication error possibly on my part. No problem as I painted them myself. Very good company to work with especially the sales person April.

I'm a satisfied customer. The process with design and features was quick as well as delivery. Now I'm saving up for a garage.

Scheduling team was great and professional. Crew struggled a bit with resources spanned an extra day, overall pretty good missed few nails in some trim.

Everything went well. The sales person (April ) was great and took care of me in every aspect. . The building itself is high quality from top to bottom. Definitely worth it to get the upgraded floor and loft. I recommend these manufacturers for utility buildings. They provide touch up paint for the building which is great. Ground prep: It’s best to have a perfectly flat level space to place the building on but that’s rarely the case in most yards. The delivery went pretty well. They almost lost the house when placing it on the foundation. A couple of the concrete blocks tilted but were straightened up as he shifted the building back into place. I think the placement of the blocks could have been better but all in all it was a good experience.l I think the ramp manufacturer should have a strip for the unfinished side of the ramp so that it looks the same on both sides. I’d definitely do it again if I had it to do again.

We really enjoyed working with William out of South Boston! He was very willing to assist us with the process and was fantastic in bringing our ideas to fruition. The build team which consisted of Jose, Javier and Louis were fantastic professional installers. Even when our build site around the pad was pure mud from winter rain and snow. They walked the pieces individually, worked until they were covered in mud, and were still very professional, prompt, and easy to converse. I would highly recommend TruPoint to anyone looking for a partner to ensure you bring your vision to life.

Great outfit to deal with. We created a custom design with no problems, Mr. Cherry was most helpful. While waiting for the slab to cure we were told to go and visit the construction process and we were very impressed with the staff and the facility. The building was finished beautifully and on time. The delivery went off without a hitch .

My husband Delandor Cole ordered a building and he loves it. They even arrived to install it a day earlier than scheduled. It was easy to get in contact with someone when we called and they checked in after the process.

I have to say that this business is very professional and friendly. They make the purchase so easy and offer many payment options. Markus is the main sales person and is such a nice man. The quality of the sheds are amazing and completely customizable which we loved because we had very specific things we needed and they made it all happen.
