We had a great experience with trupoint. They had the model we wanted and it was available in our time frame. It had to be assembled in our back yard, and the crew that did it was very professional and had it complete in only a few hours.

Highly recommended! Kim in Rocky Mount was awesome to work with and my shed turned out great. I needed the shed quickly and they were able to design and deliver within my timeframe - and the price was very competitive. The delivery went great - and they were able to place the shed in a difficult location that I wasn’t sure could work. Very pleased from start to finish!

Everything thing went smoothly except for the fact that I asked them not to paint the corner trim boards white and they didn’t paint any of the trim. Just a communication error possibly on my part. No problem as I painted them myself. Very good company to work with especially the sales person April.

I'm a satisfied customer. The process with design and features was quick as well as delivery. Now I'm saving up for a garage.

Our building was a build on site installation and could not have gone smoother. Every detail was covered completely and installation was completed exactly as promised. Scheduling team was great and professional. Crew struggled a bit with resources spanned an extra day, overall pretty good missed few nails in some trim.

Love my new shed, they worked to get it to my home as quick as possible. April the salesperson and Randall the delivery person were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend.

Everything went well. The sales person (April ) was great and took care of me in every aspect. . The building itself is high quality from top to bottom. Definitely worth it to get the upgraded floor and loft. I recommend these manufacturers for utility buildings. They provide touch up paint for the building which is great. Ground prep: It’s best to have a perfectly flat level space to place the building on but that’s rarely the case in most yards. The delivery went pretty well. They almost lost the house when placing it on the foundation. A couple of the concrete blocks tilted but were straightened up as he shifted the building back into place. I think the placement of the blocks could have been better but all in all it was a good experience.l I think the ramp manufacturer should have a strip for the unfinished side of the ramp so that it looks the same on both sides. I’d definitely do it again if I had it to do again.

We really enjoyed working with William out of South Boston! He was very willing to assist us with the process and was fantastic in bringing our ideas to fruition. The build team which consisted of Jose, Javier and Louis were fantastic professional installers. Even when our build site around the pad was pure mud from winter rain and snow. They walked the pieces individually, worked until they were covered in mud, and were still very professional, prompt, and easy to converse. I would highly recommend TruPoint to anyone looking for a partner to ensure you bring your vision to life.

Great outfit to deal with. We created a custom design with no problems, Mr. Cherry was most helpful. While waiting for the slab to cure we were told to go and visit the construction process and we were very impressed with the staff and the facility. The building was finished beautifully and on time. The delivery went off without a hitch .

My husband Delandor Cole ordered a building and he loves it. They even arrived to install it a day earlier than scheduled. It was easy to get in contact with someone when we called and they checked in after the process.

I have to say that this business is very professional and friendly. They make the purchase so easy and offer many payment options. Markus is the main sales person and is such a nice man. The quality of the sheds are amazing and completely customizable which we loved because we had very specific things we needed and they made it all happen.
