Everything thing went smoothly except for the fact that I asked them not to paint the corner trim boards white and they didn’t paint any of the trim. Just a communication error possibly on my part. No problem as I painted them myself. Very good company to work with especially the sales person April.

Scheduling team was great and professional. Crew struggled a bit with resources spanned an extra day, overall pretty good missed few nails in some trim.

Love my new shed, they worked to get it to my home as quick as possible. April the salesperson and Randall the delivery person were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend.

Everything went well. The sales person (April ) was great and took care of me in every aspect. . The building itself is high quality from top to bottom. Definitely worth it to get the upgraded floor and loft. I recommend these manufacturers for utility buildings. They provide touch up paint for the building which is great. Ground prep: It’s best to have a perfectly flat level space to place the building on but that’s rarely the case in most yards. The delivery went pretty well. They almost lost the house when placing it on the foundation. A couple of the concrete blocks tilted but were straightened up as he shifted the building back into place. I think the placement of the blocks could have been better but all in all it was a good experience.l I think the ramp manufacturer should have a strip for the unfinished side of the ramp so that it looks the same on both sides. I’d definitely do it again if I had it to do again.

Outstanding experience custom ordering my garden shed. April was very knowledgeable on the options available. Well built building using excellent materials. The delivery was amazing how they were able to place it precisely on delivery site. I highly recommend TruPoint Backyard Buildings of Lake Norman. April Russo comes highly recommended for her communication and knowledge of the product. I'm a raving fan.
