I am leaving a one star rating due to the lack of concern for customer satisfaction. After the shed was installed I went back to the lot where I purchased it to voice my concerns with the agent.First issue was all the LP smart siding painted trim. The raw end cuts were not painted before getting nailed into place. This needed to be done for longevity and the warranty of the product. Second issue was the number of support points is less than what I was told it would be. The shed is a 12x20. There was supposed to be 4 rows of supports and they only put in 3. I brought this up while it was being installed and was told it would be fine by the crew. No one at Hometown Sheds has bother to get in touch with me. Would like to hear back to see if anything can be resolved.

I bought this shed from Hometown sheds of Lincolnton to make my mother a smoke shed. We have been remodeling her house for months and they ordered the shed I wanted and custom built it just as I had specified. They were patient with me because construction was delayed by weather on my mother’s house, but when I was ready for delivery they were Johnny on the spot. Great service, great salesman and a wonderful set up crew. Thank you Hometown Sheds of Lincolnton for making my buying experience exceptional!!!

We cannot say enough amazing things about our experience with Hometown Sheds of Lincolnton. Justin was so nice, professional, and accommodating of our custom order. He even came to our house to help get precise measurements. He was such a pleasure to work with. Our custom carport was delivered and installed within the promised time. The installation team worked fast and were extremely nice and professional. We are beyond pleased with our new customer carport and will most definitely use Hometown Sheds of Lincolnton in the future. We HIGHLY recommend this quality company! Stephanie worked with me and was very patient and always responded quickly, even when wanting to make changes she was always quick to help. She said it may be 2-4 weeks for install and The install company came out in ONE week and it was great install, no issues. Stephanie did not try to upsell me like all the other carport companies. She was the only one who when I emailed and told her what I wanted, she sent me a quote right away. She is amazing. Buy with confidence here. Price was also amazing and she was hundreds below competitors. A+ rating. Cannot say enough good things about Stephanie and this company.
