We cannot say enough good things regarding our new TruPoint Building. Working with William Cherry from the South Boston location was a true pleasure . William listened to our needs, made recommendations regarding those needs and provided us with a seemless purchase and installation while providing us with exceptional customer service. Our building was a build on site installation and could not have gone smoother. Every detail was covered completely and installation was completed exactly as promised. William went over and above to make sure we were happy and satisfied with the final build. We cannot say enough good things about TruPoint and William Cherry. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a exceptional building as well as customer service!
We really enjoyed working with William out of South Boston! He was very willing to assist us with the process and was fantastic in bringing our ideas to fruition. The build team which consisted of Jose, Javier and Louis were fantastic professional installers. Even when our build site around the pad was pure mud from winter rain and snow. They walked the pieces individually, worked until they were covered in mud, and were still very professional, prompt, and easy to converse. I would highly recommend TruPoint to anyone looking for a partner to ensure you bring your vision to life.
Great outfit to deal with. We created a custom design with no problems, Mr. Cherry was most helpful. While waiting for the slab to cure we were told to go and visit the construction process and we were very impressed with the staff and the facility. The building was finished beautifully and on time. The delivery went off without a hitch .
My husband Delandor Cole ordered a building and he loves it. They even arrived to install it a day earlier than scheduled. It was easy to get in contact with someone when we called and they checked in after the process.
I have to say that this business is very professional and friendly. They make the purchase so easy and offer many payment options. Markus is the main sales person and is such a nice man. The quality of the sheds are amazing and completely customizable which we loved because we had very specific things we needed and they made it all happen. If your in need and have doubts just stop by and speak to markus i assure you, you will leave confident in your decision, oh and delivery is super fast!!!
