They explained everything and helped me find not only in-store items but also things I needed that were in other stores. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this place. The whole team is awesome. Chris responded to my email immediately and we went in same day and got paperwork done. Had fridge delivered the next day. Anthony and Noah were amazing. We have very narrow doors and with the help of getting advice from Chris they were able to get our fridge in the house. It took a little while but they didn't give up and tried every option available to get it in. They were finally able to get it into the house. Definitely will be a returning customer after we pay fridge off and getting other appliances we need from this place. Very happy with their service.

Go to Get it now! They will want to call your whole family, work , late relative , the president of the United States for a simple thing. There is no reason why I spend almost an hour in here and had to cancel the application because they were still calling people. Usually when a buy now pay later store ask for reference is for when no payment is made. Biggest disappointment ever.

Highly do not recommend these guys avoid at all costs I’ve made 3 payments now one on the date we received our items and the second one was pulled without consent Christmas Eve which they claim to have not received or pulled without payment method on file they then harassed me so much that I gave in yesterday and made a payment online in the amount of what was apparently owed to avoid any court stuff funds were taken from my bank account but yet no payment was apparently made… no other company I’ve used before was this bad… in all this..

This location is horrible!! Hardships happen and they REFUSE to understand and work with you. They constantly harass, make threats and then blame the company itself. But the Appleton location was not like this at all. When people are already going through struggles, they don’t need to be harassed and threatened to the point of breaking down mentally. The staff at this location definitely lack any type of empathy. Please be aware!!

Alisha reviewed and completed my application. Michael assistant Alisha with my application. I loved the customer service I received. Michael did a excellent job describing and explaining the items, application and warranties. Carson delivered and hooked up the washer and dryer and explain the basics to me. Carson was polite and did a awesome job. I give these three employees a A+. Lamont Burks

Lady Kim was very rude over the phone. I do not recommend this place whatsoever. If I could give them a zero stars I would I recommend get it now right off from West Mason and Fisk I went in There & they took very good care of me. got me out with what I wanted at a good price. But at this place , the lady kim was very rude. The store is filthy dust on everything and if you go through the reviews, they do not have the best reviews. They are 3.6 out of five stars. I recommend staying away& saving a headache.!! The lady kim Made me feel less of a person because I was doing rent too own. No one should ever feel like that.

Kristiane is super fantastic and a wonderful personality. She made me feel like family. She is super helpful!!!!! Josephine was also super wonderful and extremely knowledgeable about everything!!!!! I will most definitely be coming back here for any other needs/wants!!!!!! Highly highly recommend coming to this store!!!

The store is filthy. Everything on the floor is covered in dust and grim.

Recommend getting what you need through them! Very friendly, answers all of your questions. Have had no issues with a delivery and set up of my washer and dryer. They made sure everything was hooked up properly and made sure they worked. Have gotten tvs through them as well! Definitely recommend them!

Nice furniture, but don’t let life happen. Not even an accident or hospitalized illness. You fall one month behind on a payment and they’re quick to file at the courthouse and send the police to your house. When you tell to a manager, all you get is “if you can’t afford it, then you shouldn’t have it” with the utmost disrespect in his voice and the rest of the words that followed. They’re very judgy. If you find yourself in the hospital even one time, just hand over your stuff with a smile. They’ll love you then.

We are very satisfied customers and so extremely pleased with Katie & Chris who show excellent customer service. We are always happy to see them when we come to the store. They are helpful on anything you have questions on and always try to make your experience the best.

I had an amazing experience at Lebakkens Furniture Store, thanks to Chris and Katie! From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly clear, easy, and stress-free. They both went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and helped me find exactly what I needed. Chris was super friendly, walked us through the process and was very knowledgeable, and Katie made the paperwork and setup process smooth and simple. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days — they truly care about helping their customers. I highly recommend stopping in and asking for Chris and Katie if you want a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

They came to install my washer and dryer, in the process broke my water pipe which cause my basement to flood. They said they are not responsible for any of it and left. After doing the repairs to the water pipe, the washer doesn't even work. I do not recommend them. They caused me so much stress. Buying from them is not worth it.

This place is ridiculous and so is Torri! We went there to purchase a washer and dryer, Not finance it! we were told we couldn't! Ok we will take our business elsewhere! Guess this place profiles people and only picks and chooses who they want to do business with. Well, looks like you lost about $1200.00 in business that day!. And Andrew, next time someone is filling out paperwork, don't take it from them mid way, and not to mention you also had incorrect information. So while you were asking us to fill out an application for financing it, you didn't even give us a chance to say we were going to pay CASH for this. Idiots!

Worked with Andrew and Mike they are amazing . Absolutely amazing experience the process was quick and easy. It was close to closing time however they still took their time and even shared a few laughs' 10/10 recommend.

I have been a customer for over 10 plus years and have never had an issue. Any time I would fall on hard times they were understanding and would work with me. I have rented everything in my house at some point. I get great customer service and they explain everything clearly and make sure I understand the payments and due dates. My parents were also customers and my sister all with great customer service. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

My mom- Marisa Canizales and I purchased a washing machine that NEVER WORKED SINCE I PURCHASED IT. Lebakkens told me there was nothing they could do about it… I have been spending hundreds of dollars at laundromats on top of what I paid for the washing machine that has never worked. In this economy, that really has put a damper on my family and I’s already tight budget. Terrible people to make business with.
