I had an issue with the quality of my product and initially I felt that they did not believe me. I called the Area manager to share how I was made to feel and instead of listening and apologizing, he told me i was wrong for feeling that way. They have to talk to me that way to find out the problem. I told him, he has no right to tell me how to feel or how to take it. Things got heated and unprofessional so i hung up and will never do buisness with them again.
Had a small issue where an employee unplugged all wires before shutting down the computer. When I got home and attempted to start, I realized the ram or motherboard was fried. They did get me a replacement quickly though, and the prices are pretty good as well.
These guys are great. I got some couches from them and they where ripped. They where right on top of fixing it for me. Very friendly people and the delivery drives are super friendly
