Highly recommend this place. The whole team is awesome. Chris responded to my email immediately and we went in same day and got paperwork done. Had fridge delivered the next day. Anthony and Noah were amazing. We have very narrow doors and with the help of getting advice from Chris they were able to get our fridge in the house. It took a little while but they didn't give up and tried every option available to get it in. They were finally able to get it into the house. Definitely will be a returning customer after we pay fridge off and getting other appliances we need from this place. Very happy with their service.
Highly do not recommend these guys avoid at all costs I’ve made 3 payments now one on the date we received our items and the second one was pulled without consent Christmas Eve which they claim to have not received or pulled without payment method on file they then harassed me so much that I gave in yesterday and made a payment online in the amount of what was apparently owed to avoid any court stuff funds were taken from my bank account but yet no payment was apparently made… no other company I’ve used before was this bad… in all this..
We are very satisfied customers and so extremely pleased with Katie & Chris who show excellent customer service. We are always happy to see them when we come to the store. They are helpful on anything you have questions on and always try to make your experience the best.

They both went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and helped me find exactly what I needed. Chris was super friendly, walked us through the process and was very knowledgeable, and Katie made the paperwork and setup process smooth and simple. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days — they truly care about helping their customers. I highly recommend stopping in and asking for Chris and Katie if you want a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
