Michael did a excellent job describing and explaining the items, application and warranties. Carson delivered and hooked up the washer and dryer and explain the basics to me. This place is ridiculous and so is Torri! We went there to purchase a washer and dryer, Not finance it! we were told we couldn't! Ok we will take our business elsewhere! Guess this place profiles people and only picks and chooses who they want to do business with. Well, looks like you lost about $1200.00 in business that day!. And Andrew, next time someone is filling out paperwork, don't take it from them mid way, and not to mention you also had incorrect information. So while you were asking us to fill out an application for financing it, you didn't even give us a chance to say we were going to pay CASH for this. Idiots!
Worked with Andrew and Mike they are amazing . Absolutely amazing experience the process was quick and easy. It was close to closing time however they still took their time and even shared a few laughs' 10/10 recommend.
My husband and I have been customers of Lebakkens for many years and recently we had some financial concerns. We always pay but the district manager, Ryan he called himself, was extremely rude when we were trying to make a payment telling us they were gonna come and pick up the items if it was more than 7 days. I dont appreciate threats, as I said we have customers for many years. There is no reason he had to be so rude when a customer is calling to make a payment and we always communicate. NOT IMPRESSED with him. Everyone else we have ever dealt with has been wonderful and has always worked with us.
Good experience. The employee (Samantha) was very friendly and professional. Was knowledgeable and quick to help.
