Nice furniture, but don’t let life happen. Not even an accident or hospitalized illness. You fall one month behind on a payment and they’re quick to file at the courthouse and send the police to your house. When you tell to a manager, all you get is “if you can’t afford it, then you shouldn’t have it” with the utmost disrespect in his voice and the rest of the words that followed. They’re very judgy. If you find yourself in the hospital even one time, just hand over your stuff with a smile. They’ll love you then.

Jeff the delivery driver who always brings my stuff has always been amazing. His new trainee/ helper Bryce is a really nice guy too it seems like. They had excellent service just like jeff does all the time. Bri who comes down to work at the fond du lac store has always been a great help to. Plus all the stuff there is good stuff, and a decent deal.

I bought a fridge from here yesterday. The ladies there were so nice and we talked and laughed for a little while. They went out of there way to make sure I was happy with my purchase and really just happy in general. I forgot the other ladies name and I wish I could remember cause she was amazing I do know she said she's only been there a short time, but she's super good with customer service. The other lady there named Megan was also amazing, and spectacular with her customer service. I will definetly be back as they told me about a sale they have going on. And I can definitely use some new things in my house. Thank you ladies for rocking it yesterday. Super awesome employees.

Terrible experience. The manager who sold us furniture kept guaranteeing that we would receive the second one (that had to be ordered online) in a month, otherwise we didn’t want to buy the furniture at all. I guess she quit, didn’t relay any messages. I had to call them for 4 weeks for the refund difference for the longer couch we originally had. They informed me that would call me if the dates would get pushed back, no one called. I waited for the date it was to be delivered and it was being pushed back 3 months. Now, I’m stuck with one love seat, and can’t return. The employees also lied to their CEO (of Ashley Furniture) didn’t tell them what I was even wanting. He kept cutting me off, and just saying, “Nope, can’t do anything.” They weren’t even supposed to give me his number, but told me to call and ask him if he could help me. When I introduced myself to him he just started laughing. Absolutely terrible service, poor communication, I will NEVER buy from Lebakkens or Ashley Furniture.

The Manager of this business has gone above and beyond for me. One day when I had come in to make a payment she was finishing a phone call, that I could tell the customer was extremely upset about something. Something completely out of her control. She remained calm and pleasant even though this person was being pretty ugly to her. When she finished the phone call, that had clearly upset her. She took it in stride and processed my payment. She was courteous, efficient throughout everything. I spoke to her about my experiences of past employment in which I was a lead customer service agent and I understood how hard it could be to keep a happy face on after such an incident. She never once complained. I have recieved consistent outstanding service from this company. In my opinion she deserves a raise (I could hear how loud and angry the person was and she never once let it affect her professionalism).
