I have been a customer for over 10 plus years and have never had an issue. Any time I would fall on hard times they were understanding and would work with me. I have rented everything in my house at some point. I get great customer service and they explain everything clearly and make sure I understand the payments and due dates. My parents were also customers and my sister all with great customer service. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Lebakkens was there for me when no one else would and that's the truth, getting furniture or any other appliances from other places is so hard these days if you don't have good to perfect credit. Lebakkens listened to my needs and wants and showed me their variety of available beautiful furniture, allowing me to choose what I wanted and made it possible for me to own it. Thanks to lebakkens I'm close to owning my entire living room set and twin bed, don't know what I would've done without their help. Lebakkens was there when I needed them the most, thank you guys for being awesome!!

I highly recommend this RTO store. Free delivery and set up. I just went through a divorce and didn't have much money because she took everything. They really worked with me to get a sofa, love seat, and new bed.

Get It Now is amazing! They have helped our credit so much. Always have amazing deals and there very friendly. The staff especially Ben are very kind people. When they deliver the things to our home, they always interact with the kids and let them help, even let them put things together if they ask. Definitely recommend 10/10! Thank you guys and girls!!

Let me start off by saying that Get It Now is faithful to their name. Also, their respectful, determined, consistent and there for your needs and wants. The process was easy and quick. Did I mention the set up is as quick and easy as the application process? Very much superb .It doesn't matter if you have bad credit or looking for something that fits your everyday lifestyle...anything from Get It Now goes on your credit report and helps build your credit instantly and their selection are like no other in the town. My credit went up 44 points in less than 6 months and is a positive factor. Life have changes and if it comes to a time that you won't be able to pay...trust me, when I say that the understanding and communication will ease your mind.
