Got some stuff from there & they weren't understanding our payment plan like we discussed. They kept calling my job and came to our door looking for payments when they knew we were doing monthly payments. They called my mother in law also which was not okay. Staff was very rude and some became argumentative. Blowing up someones phone is not okay. Do not rent from them. I will NEVER rent from them again. The prices we were paying for the furniture we could go get ag the store cheaper.

They are horrible! I tried to give them a chance because it close to my house but literally they give you the run around. After I filled out the app the lady said I was approved and she will contact. LITERALLY NO ONE HAD CALLED! When I called them they said oh we are looking for your app we will call you back. Again no call. When I tried to call them back they didnt answer. Don’t mess with them seriously

Luigi is very rude and disrespectful he’s made threats to my wife saying things he definitely shouldn’t he refused to accept payment when she literally was offering to pay little did he know he was on speaker phone and multiple people heard him afterwards Luigi decided to start texting basically threatening text messages trying to force her to pay even though she was already paying, now facts she was behind but was calling to pay her past due bill in full and he wouldn’t take it instead he chose to be rude and disrespectful so we will be putting all of this on Social media the messages and all and we this will be taken to the highest level and say hello to TikTok and Facebook and instagram because you’ll be on all platforms for people to see your disgusting behavior towards customers.

Why did they close their doors without notifying your customers? Did you move to another area?

The employees are excellent. They go beyond their duties. Jerry and his team are top notch. They will work with you if you fall behind in payments, work on exchanges if needed. They are not about the money they are about the customer and their satisfaction. Highly recommend the Oak Creek Store!

Don’t shop here! Don’t buy anything from ANY get it now let alone this one. It’s ran by the most incompetent manager and his name is Randy. He doesn’t even do anything but bark orders at his employees. He does not look professional at all. A manager should be dressed nicely not like he’s going to shoot hoops with his homies. I have numerous items from them. Warranties are bullshit. Don’t pay for them. The management doesn’t even send out the information so the companies don’t know what warranty if any that are paid for. The customer service from management is horrible. Very unprofessional. The account people are very nice and professional, management not so much. This store should really have new management.

They don't stay true to their word, go behind your back, and make you regret buying the products from them! They say "they care", but they really don't and honestly laugh about it most likely. Update!! It took a year of fighting, contacting, and more but all my kids finally have a bed to sleep on again. We did not get a replacement bunk…..all we wanted was two twin mattresses and frames to make this right and after someone Finally! Contacted us we got a solution. So I am once again a mostly happy customer Been a customer for 10 years and have had three major purchases break shortly after payoff. However this time one broke before pay off. And caused my child to have to go to the ER for stitches. They will not honor anything and don’t care that we have been faithful return customers for over ten years. Well now they’ve lost big spenders as well as a report to BBB. And I’m not stopping there. I’m disgusted by the treatment we recieved when we have been more than patient. We waited months for a replacement item as well that they delivered broken. We had to pay on it until new one came even though we hadn’t yet had it replaced. I will go on and on but you can get the hint. Avoid Eau Claire, go elsewhere and get treated like a customer should. They also reported negative marks to credit bureau when we refused to pay for the broken items. So now that it’s paid off consumer affairs and more are going to be contacted. As well as my sons medical bills A simple replacement could have avoided this all PS have contacted corporate twice and they refuse to make this

I understand now, but why are you making false claims about your customers? You stated that I damaged a PC and returned it, which is a serious accusation and completely untrue. I have both video evidence and photographs documenting the condition of the computer when I dropped it off three years ago. Please ensure your statements are accurate, as making false allegations without evidence is unacceptable.

Absolutely horrible place to get any appliances from. Having issues with a brand new washer.. whirlpool come to the house they have to order a part, get it now will not loan us a washer until ours gets fixed.. ridiculous! Customer service is a joke!!! Stay away from them if it all possible!!!!!!

If you want to wait 2 months on a couch just to have to cancel the entire process, go here. Horrible customer service -10/5 wouldn’t recommend to someone I hated.

Issues all around, sloppy work, two-faced employees, a manager who did A LOT of wrong things to their customers, the men employees make the women feel uncomfortable, no communication, and very obviously play favorites.
