They overcharge on everything if I Could give Zero stars I would i’m returning my riding lawnmower because they’re charging me too much. I can just go to Home Depot for the amount.
I've gotten several things from here. They are all junk. Seriously, they take the least popular thing, most likely because maintenance sucks or they just break regularly, and charge people 2x as much for it on credit. Please, god, don't go here. Just learn to save your money, PLEASE.

Went In looking for a dresser. I was the only one in the store and the 2 employees didn’t even acknowledge me.

I have worked with them in the past (about 5 years ago) got a tv and PlayStation. Service has always been great and helped my credit a TON. I went yesterday and got a new washer and dryer. I worked with Becky Jo :) who was AMAZING and honestly had a wonderful time with great conversation. She went above and beyond to make sure I knew what I wanted as well as made sure it got delivered SAME DAY. She also was the same one who came brought it in, hooked it up and made sure it worked properly. Definitely recommend the gammon rd store and work with Becky Jo.

Would not recommend. I got a bed and bed frame because I threw my back out and was lying on an old mattress on the floor. It was already kind of pricey for the bed I got from them. But I needed something better than what I had. I’ve been late on payments. They will call first thing in the morning of due date. Followed up by a visit from workers in van. Even if I’ve answered and explained I’m going to be late. They continue to blow my phone up. They came to my house banging on the door like they’re the cops. I understand it’s up to me to be on time with payment. But they’re acting like they’re the mafia. I’ve never dealt with any business like this. Steer clear. Not worth it. On top of that. The frame was poorly installed by their staff. And bolts were loose causing it to be unsecure.
Been with this location/company since 2021. Megan is the best and Benny who is newer to the company is such a sweetheart and amazing. Highly recommend this location and getting what you need here. They are super knowledgeable, patient and work with you.

Me and my family been making purchases with this company for years; and the only reason I come back is because of the respectable relationships I've built with the staff. They show support, trust, honesty, empathy and compassion. Shout out to Megan and Mike for saving this company in Madison Wisconsin. They are truly phenomenal and deserves a franchise opportunity through this company!
⭐ 1 star (would give 0 if possible) We were seriously considering doing business here, but it quickly became clear they were more interested in a quick buck than transparency or customer service. My husband and I went in to discuss purchasing a washer/dryer combo through Get It Now. From the start, they were very sketchy about providing basic information. No one would actually sit down with us to go over paperwork, a contract, or any real details. Instead, they immediately wanted a $300 deposit to order a machine they don’t even normally keep in stock. When we asked normal, reasonable questions—total purchase price, interest rate, monthly payment amounts, early payoff options—the employee brought out one single paper to sign and once again mentioned the $300 deposit. When I pushed back and said I wanted all the information before signing anything, she vaguely said payments would be “no more than $160 a month.” That’s not an answer. After asking again for specifics, she came back with a sticky note stating the washer would be almost $3,000 before delivery and additional fees. No breakdown. No contract. No explanation. At that point, we said no thanks and left. There is absolutely no reason customers shouldn’t be given clear, upfront information before being asked to commit to a long-term financial obligation. The entire experience felt rushed, unprofessional, and honestly sketchy. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Mean and rude workers And very impolite. Gives misinformation and cant keep their stories straight about their merchandise. Very terrible service, Highly DONT recommend his place if u don't want to be treated badly!
I went in and got me a Gaming pc. I had some complications, nothing too major but none the less complications that "other" places would have turned me down! I wanted to be able to game on my birthday and it's dec 12 my 🎂 is today and im GAMING they were very nice and answered any questions I had im happy with my setup considering the cost of ram and pc stuff now days
Get It Now is amazing! They have helped our credit so much. Always have amazing deals and there very friendly. The staff especially Ben are very kind people. When they deliver the things to our home, they always interact with the kids and let them help, even let them put things together if they ask. Definitely recommend 10/10! Thank you guys and girls!!
