I understand now, but why are you making false claims about your customers? You stated that I damaged a PC and returned it, which is a serious accusation and completely untrue. I have both video evidence and photographs documenting the condition of the computer when I dropped it off three years ago. Please ensure your statements are accurate, as making false allegations without evidence is unacceptable.

Absolutely horrible place to get any appliances from. Having issues with a brand new washer.. whirlpool come to the house they have to order a part, get it now will not loan us a washer until ours gets fixed.. ridiculous! Customer service is a joke!!! Stay away from them if it all possible!!!!!!

If you want to wait 2 months on a couch just to have to cancel the entire process, go here. Horrible customer service -10/5 wouldn’t recommend to someone I hated.

Issues all around, sloppy work, two-faced employees, a manager who did A LOT of wrong things to their customers, the men employees make the women feel uncomfortable, no communication, and very obviously play favorites.

Amazing customer service. I’m sure I have been a frustrating customer. Even with this being the case, it has never escalated. On top of that they worked with me when I couldn’t afford my bill until I could. It was pretty hairy but I appreciate it. I would absolutely recommend to everybody.

If i could give it a negative star i would!! Ive gotten literally everything in my house from here, and i am just appalled at how inconsiderate the manager here is. I had to take 2 weeks off of work because my husband was hospitalized and literally everything after that went down hill totaled one of our cars, our other vehicle broke down literally been one thing after another so I haven't been paid because I was on a leave i thought I would have a paycheck this week but I didn't and now I am being threatened to have my items picked up... yeah sure come take away a mattress from my children and our stove if that makes you feel better. I always pay even if its late they get there money ALWAYS! Ill pay off my stuff but I WILL NEVER GET ANYTHING FROM HERE EVER AGAIN! Everything is over priced anyway can get it way cheaper on Amazon or even walmart!

Every single time I’ve tried to sign up for automatic payments- it doesn’t work. I’ve tried on my phone and on a computer multiple different times. It doesn’t even work most of the time when I try to make a quick payment. When I’m done paying this off I’m never coming here again. They should have an app or make things more up to date.

I shop at Get It Now in Oak Creek for years !! and every visit has been a great experience. Jerry and his crew , Randy , jojo , are always respectful, honest, and genuinely helpful. It’s hard to find places that treat customers this well consistently, and they really stand out. I truly appreciate the way they do business and how they take care of people. Highly recommend this place 100%! Also if these guys do end up retiring, I think I’ll retire as well because of my other experience with the rest of the get it now in Wisconsin ( no cap)

Went there to buy a portable dishwasher did the application and everything, I assume the guy working with me was the manager, went to help me load it into my truck and instead of checking if there was wheels on it yet or not or grabbing a dolly he decided to drag it across the concrete scratching up the bottom and bending in two of the bottom corners, then when I confronted him about it asking for money off on it since he damaged it he got an attitude about how Noone will see it and it will still work...... that's not the point you damaged my merch. So instead of doing anything about it his ego got him and he refunded my down-payment and yanked it out of my truck and brought it back in his store, mind you this time he used a dolly. Thats not to mention the whole time I was filling out the paper work another customer came in and he kept calling the gentleman "next week" and you could tell the guy and his wife where very uncomfortable with it. I felt it was very derogatory, rude and unprofessional. Will never use their services again, they only care about your money not the customer or your purchase.
