Every single time I’ve tried to sign up for automatic payments- it doesn’t work. I’ve tried on my phone and on a computer multiple different times. It doesn’t even work most of the time when I try to make a quick payment. When I’m done paying this off I’m never coming here again. They should have an app or make things more up to date.

I have worked with them in the past (about 5 years ago) got a tv and PlayStation. Service has always been great and helped my credit a TON. I went yesterday and got a new washer and dryer. I worked with Becky Jo :) who was AMAZING and honestly had a wonderful time with great conversation. She went above and beyond to make sure I knew what I wanted as well as made sure it got delivered SAME DAY. She also was the same one who came brought it in, hooked it up and made sure it worked properly. Definitely recommend the gammon rd store and work with Becky Jo.

Me and my family been making purchases with this company for years; and the only reason I come back is because of the respectable relationships I've built with the staff. I was able to get what I wanted, changed my mind at the last minute and they still accommodated me and delivered everything on time. Everybody was nice and helpful. Nallely, one of the young ladies that works there, is very knowledgeable she is extremely polite and has top notch customer service performance. I recommend the west side location of Get it Now to anyone who is looking for good quality merchandise, fair pricing and excellent customer satisfaction and support. Way to go you guys. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ☺️

This place has awesome sauce people. They really do care for your needs. I been a,customer since July 2018 and I been good on flexible payments. Deffly will come again after I'm done my current.
