Tanya is A wonderful manager she has helped me out greatly. She knows how to help out people.
Would not recommend. I got a bed and bed frame because I threw my back out and was lying on an old mattress on the floor. It was already kind of pricey for the bed I got from them. But I needed something better than what I had. I’ve been late on payments. They will call first thing in the morning of due date. Followed up by a visit from workers in van. Even if I’ve answered and explained I’m going to be late. They continue to blow my phone up. They came to my house banging on the door like they’re the cops. I understand it’s up to me to be on time with payment. But they’re acting like they’re the mafia. I’ve never dealt with any business like this. Steer clear. Not worth it. On top of that. The frame was poorly installed by their staff. And bolts were loose causing it to be unsecure.
Love the staff especially Tanya she has always come threw for me. Thank u Get It Now for helping me to make my kids dreams come true. Thank you all at Get It Now I. Kenosha Barbara Kermorvant 💓 💓
Subpar customer service and very over priced. I went I. To purchase a washer and dryer. They said they would try to obtain it from another location. I was never informed of the overall price at the time of the inquiry. Just told it would be $100 down. On Monday they informed me they had obtained the washer and dryer. I went in to complete the paperwork and was informed the set was almost $1800. I declined and left the store.
I wish I could rate this service higher than 5 stars. Tanya and her associate were so friendly and upfront and honest from the get go. They looked for discounts and tried to help every which way. I came in looking for a laptop and the process was beyond smooth. I highly recommend these folks. I will be back in the future to do more business with them.
