I had to go through a divorce that left me fighting bills and a move also made it harder. So there are places like Get it Now that makes it easier to get back on track correct? That isn't the case. I went online and the texts were pleasent, however going into the store is a different story. The lady at the counter was almost welcoming and when I explained my situation, she made it seem like a joke. I was approved for a certain amount, however if she had taken the time would have known I had a much larger down payment. I asked to be shown furniture and she gestured to a few, and showed me a pillow, and said you can see for yourself what's fits your approval with a sneer. I get it, maybe you are expecting people not to pay, but as a sales person I have to take everyone as guest no matter what they may be able to to. I was planning to finance a nominal amount as i rebuild my finances and household, however I can just get a used piece of furniture to tide me over until next month. The attitude of the woman that assisted was abismal. No matter your situation stay away, because there is no joy from her, and if it's that bad, leave... If you hate your job and people this isn't the place for you.

Wonderful staff, worked with them over the last 10 years. Jamie and Allen are wonderful! They were wonderful to work with when I had financial problems. They treat you like a real person, not just a sale and commission!

Jami was THE BEST! She always takes real good care of us. Getting our new 75 inch LG, and a new console stand with it... great APR. So excited for Monday delivery!! Thanks to all at Get It Now, hats off to Manager Al also. They always greet us by name, even though we haven't been there in over 6 months.
