All staff is amazing been going thou them for a while

Update!! It took a year of fighting, contacting, and more but all my kids finally have a bed to sleep on again. We did not get a replacement bunk…..all we wanted was two twin mattresses and frames to make this right and after someone Finally! Contacted us we got a solution. So I am once again a mostly happy customer Been a customer for 10 years and have had three major purchases break shortly after payoff. However this time one broke before pay off. And caused my child to have to go to the ER for stitches. They will not honor anything and don’t care that we have been faithful return customers for over ten years. Well now they’ve lost big spenders as well as a report to BBB. And I’m not stopping there. I’m disgusted by the treatment we recieved when we have been more than patient. We waited months for a replacement item as well that they delivered broken. We had to pay on it until new one came even though we hadn’t yet had it replaced. I will go on and on but you can get the hint. Avoid Eau Claire, go elsewhere and get treated like a customer should. They also reported negative marks to credit bureau when we refused to pay for the broken items. So now that it’s paid off consumer affairs and more are going to be contacted. As well as my sons medical bills A simple replacement could have avoided this all PS have contacted corporate twice and they refuse to make this

Absolutely horrible place to get any appliances from. Having issues with a brand new washer.. whirlpool come to the house they have to order a part, get it now will not loan us a washer until ours gets fixed.. ridiculous! Customer service is a joke!!! Stay away from them if it all possible!!!!!!

My experience with get it now has been amazing. I started out with very little and even during some trouble, they were still behind me. Every step of the way they talked things out with me and they helped me and they're still building my credit and the delivery service is amazing and any questions you have please go. To Brady Will they are amazing!

What an awesome experience and Outstanding customer service!. My pc was fixed the same day I took it in for repairs. I will recommend Get it now to anyone who wants good quality stuff. They make payments ridiculously easy. The new manager and front desk receptionist were just awesome. 👏.

I started business with get it now in June of 2023, I purchased a washer and dryer and a bed set from them. About 2 months later the dryer quick workering, it worked but it wouldn't dry the clothes, told Esteban about it and he said someone would look at it, was 2 months or so later I quit paying on it because why am I going to pay for something that I can't use the money for the washer and dryer set was being used to go to a laundromat, I have a family of 5 3 being kids, we go through a lot of laundry. Esteban solution was to just pick up the set and take it off my bill instead of fixing it or replacing it, so the money I had already paid on it was all gone because they wanted to be lazy. Whatever washed my hands with it and got over it, even though that's terrible business. Now what really erks me now and the reason I'm writing this review is yes, I have been late on payments here and there, but from November I have been on top of it, there has been times that I was quite a few weeks ahead, and in the past they would send out letters if I got past 4 payments or send someone to the house and that was IF they couldn't get in contact with me. So my issue is, march 1st I had a payment due, I was in lacrosse for a birthday party at chukee cheese I went to use my card and realized it wasn't working, my card got hacked and was frauded, that being said it was a weekend, are banks open on weekends? Mine is until a certain time on Saturdays, it was too late for me to go and get a new card, that being said I had to wait until Monday to get my new card, they called me early Monday to enform me I missed a payment (that I hadn't missed in months) I informed them that I was litterally on my way to the bank when they called, and told them about the situation and they acknowledged it, then they decide to go and send me a LETTER because I was 2 days late, 2 days late there going to send me a letter, after they acknowledged the issue, I don't even care if they had it ready to send before they talked to me, I was 2 days late They have NEVER sent me a letter even if I was 7 days late. I hadn't been late in months, it's funny as hell that in that letter they say "your a valued constumer" but there going to send a letter? That's not the way to treat a valued costumer... not to mention I paid said bill with in 2 hours of the PHONE CALL. This place is a complete joke, and I've honestly been contemplating just paying the rest of my bill off to get rid of these guys, I can't stand this company, and wish I would of checked out lebakkans instead. The only reason I'm not paying the rest of my bill off right now is that it's been helping with my credit. But for anyone that wants to to do payment plans on furniture, look else where, everything is WAY overpriced, they will harrase you, and they won't fix anything. They will run with your money you paid on something and take the item back. Esteban will take any easy way out possible.
