I came in I was greeted by more than one worker, which made me very comfortable they made sure I found the things I needed to feel at home again. I was very pleased with my first experience with a rental place. They are great definitely stop by and let them help you❤️

The day payment is due if its not paid at 9am they are blowing your phone up. Got charged an extra 2 dollars on top of my payment. Asked why and got ignored. Once I get the money to buy one its going back!

I absolutely love working with Eagles Rental in Monroeville! I had broken my laptop and needed help immediately, and they were able to assist me right away. They even sent me a laptop the same day! Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. I spoke with Charles yesterday, and he was incredibly kind, and Chad is just as nice. The entire staff is amazing. I would give them five stars any day!

Darien is one of my favorite people to talk to when I call up there to make a payment is very well respected and very kind the whole store is everybody in there is awesome they always try to lighten the day off and make your day and always try to help out when you need help but Darien

I would NOT recommend Eagle Rental Purchase, I used to be able too and would love too but not anymore! God forbid you miss a payment and need assistance you'll be met with an attitude, and harassment from calls and them showing up. They are just like Aaron's and Rent A Center except Eagle Rental is way more expensive. Lifestyle was better - better pricing, bundles we're allowed, and better perks. I will be glad when my merchandise is paid off so we do not have to deal with Eagle Rental anymore. 0/10 do NOT recommend this company at all. Stay far away!

Call EVERY REFERENCE IF YOUR 3MIN LATE. NO MATTER HOW LONG YOUVE DONE BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY TREAT YOU LIKE A POS. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND EAGLE RENTALS TO NO ONE...SAVE TOUR MONEY BUY OUT RIGHT,OR USE A DIFFERENT RENTAL SERVICE. I WILL NEVER GET IN A CONTRACT AGAIN ONCE IM PAID OFF!!!!

Danielle is amazing she has always been awesome. We do business because of her. Honest person who loves to help people get what they want. The staff also was very friendly major plus.

So far I’m extremely happy and impressed with this company. I was able to pick out my fireplace and it was delivered the same day. The guys even took my old fireplace out of my house for me.

1st time using them, supposed to get a stove (ours went out Friday night). Was told one would be delivered today (monday) no call, no text, no email, no notification of any kind that our stove would not be delivered today! Husband texting the manager just to be told they didnt have drivers. If thats the case, a call earlier on in the day would be appreciated. Give us time to figure out what we are gonna do! Only money we had was spent on a down payment. We have 3 kids to feed! One of them is autistic and the only foods he will eat need to be cooked IN AN OVEN! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! AND A UNPLEASANT 1ST IMPRESSION!

Eagles rental have been really helpful and they deliver fast. Yesterday my stove hadn’t worked and they worked fast to get it replaced. There delivery guys Mike and chandler are also very helpful and take pride to get your items in there spot safe thank you definitely recommend to go to eagles rental

Wow!! I was highly shocked by this team, I’m new to the area but stopped in and when speaking with them they were super so I made a purchase. I was 3 days getting the cord for the washer but yet they never attempted to let me know it was delayed. Then once I get the washer I come to learn it was only putting out hot water, I called my plumber out and he informed me it was the washer. Although I never got use of the machine I was expected to pay as it was working properly. I called to tell them again it wasn’t working and they came out and told me they would be right back with a different washer only to find out 3 hours later they aren’t bringing it out. They just felt they had to lie to me instead of saying we’re taking it and not coming back. Not a big deal…..but to stand in my face and lie….to me that’s just shitty to lie to anyone.

If see the garbage by the snow bank it is because one of the employees stopped and empty it from uhaul they were using to delivery furniture
