11,000 STARS TO LAQUITA & JOSEPH!!!! They arrived at the top of my delivery window: YES! Joseph is a MASTER at making a way forward through narrow, old early 20th century doorways!!! Laquita is the gentle, calm energy that balances the chaos of a challenging delivery & a customer service PRO! They both have high-level energy, professionalism and teamwork! My only issue is that the Rod, the leasing agent, said the appliance I rented is BRAND NEW: it is not. Perhaps it’s refurbished or gently USED, definitely not out-of-the-box brand new. The interior shelves have guck and muck here and there, sticky, brown spillage, and the exterior is dented in a few places. Outside of that, the entire process was pleasant and smooth.

Not knowing exactly what I was looking for, I was greeted by Nina, who met me with a warm smile and an incredibly helpful attitude. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and clearly has an eye for décor. With her guidance, I ended up leaving the store with a beautiful living room set—lamps, tables, and couches included—at a very affordable price. I’ve never felt more comfortable shopping for furniture. Thank you, Eagle, for making the experience so enjoyable!

The store in maple is the only store I have dealt with. However everyone I have ever come into contact with from the front desk customer service to the delivery associates, I’ve always had a pleasant experience. Always so helpful as well.
