The day payment is due if its not paid at 9am they are blowing your phone up. Got charged an extra 2 dollars on top of my payment. Asked why and got ignored. Once I get the money to buy one its going back!

1st time using them, supposed to get a stove (ours went out Friday night). Was told one would be delivered today (monday) no call, no text, no email, no notification of any kind that our stove would not be delivered today! Husband texting the manager just to be told they didnt have drivers. If thats the case, a call earlier on in the day would be appreciated. Give us time to figure out what we are gonna do! Only money we had was spent on a down payment. We have 3 kids to feed! One of them is autistic and the only foods he will eat need to be cooked IN AN OVEN! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! AND A UNPLEASANT 1ST IMPRESSION!

Alex was very helpful and explained everything! She's such a jewel when it comes to customer service I purchased another item after I paid off my living room set in 120 days !! I also had my boyfriend rent something as well!! This was the Arlington St location.

Rodney and his team are the truth. People feel some way about renting, you shouldn't. For one, they have the best deals and 4 months same as cash. I take advantage of the 4-month program often. If you ain't legit trying to pay for your stuff wrong route but if you want good quality items then its a no brainer. I have been using them for everything over the past 12 years and I have always gotten a good deal and pay my stuff off and it works out. Just had to say that. Rod you really came through for me today and period. Appreciate you! What up Art!
