I started renting from Eagle rental 8 years ago. I would not rent from anyone else But Eagle rental. They treat me and my daughter like we are family, i have experienced nothing but kindness, Good quality furniture and very fast delivery time , if something is wrong , they are fixing it ASAP, and I want to personally, thank Ricky, he has done a great job in the little time that he has been there!!!
Ricky was absolutely amazing!! He was very informative and professional and personable. I will definitely refer any friends or family to Eagles and especially to Ricky.
My sister has been using this company for several years. They always make sure that she gets great deals and discounts. They treat their customers with respect and are thorough when explaining all details of items and rental contracts. Big thanks to Art and Ricky!!
Ricky and Art are the best i have .been with Eagle for 6 years my whole house is furnished in Eagle rentals they gave me a great deal when the time came to replace the living room and dinning room furniture .
So let’s do story time first I spent 1000s of dollars with them so on or about May 2nd I was removed from my home and messaged them to come get there stuff apparently they tried to call while I was in the middle of being homeless trying to find a place to stay and because I didn’t answer they didn’t go get there stuff even though they received the message to. They now claim the landlord said nothing was left which is a lie so 80+ days have past and because they had a card number of mine from text to pay they decided to run my card illegally first for 100 then for 500 so definitely think before you go there. I have already filed a complaint with the Attorney General‘s office. I filed a police report on them and if my money has not returned, I will be suing them. Ricky Henderson and Eagle Rental are literally a thieves , liars, and was named in the complaint and the police report. Again do not rent from here!
HORRIBLE when I mean HORRIBLE I MEAN IT. Multiple people I know have told me such nasty experiences. Their so rude. AND treat their Employees like trash. Can’t believe they’re still open.
The staff have always been friendly, and courteous. Their products and customer service are great.
You guys where absolutely wonderful polite and careful with our furniture. Will come back soon.
