Needed to rent a lift chair due to surgery. This store was efficient and helpful. within a couple days chair was delivered by 2 delivery guys who were professional and friendly. I have been with Aaron's in Ashtabula for many years. I don't want to use the word customer because it's more like FAMILY. Just got a new king bed and living room from them today. In past refrigerator and washer and dryer along with tv. They ALWAYS go above and beyond to help with any purchase and items are absolutely wonderful. They ALWAYS treat me like family.
