Been a long time customer since they opened up shop! I have always came back when purchasing new home appliances or furniture. Michelle is amazing to work with, Sean has been great to help when needed and I have always had a great experience working with them! Looking forward to getting something else once I get a few paid off

When I first started out with eagle, Michelle was amazing. Has helped me out when I ran into unfortunate circumstances. Never have been harassed when I have been a day or 2 late. Yes they call and leave a message but its only once, not several in a day. Not sure why I was switched from Michelle to Shawn/ Sean???? But he is amazing as well. I live out of their service area and was delighted when they approved me. As long as I am in Pennsylvania, I will never go to rent a center or Aaron's. Best customer service i have ever experienced from a rent to own store. Oh yeah and they call you on your bday to wish you a happy birthday. Thanks for all you have done Michelle and Shawn????. Can't wait to get a living room set lol.

I've shopped at this store many times and bought many things from them. Ethan is very knowledgeable and was a pleasant delivery guy! He took the time to explain my contract as well as made the delivery process smooth. 😁

This Eagles is awesome, the boss shawn is nice and direct you with great details & will help you anyway possible, All of the crew there is awesome people they deliver with excellence and will go above and beyond to help you in every way possible and will work with you; If you have any issues no problem they are flying by to help....also they make sure you are satisfied with their nice merchandise brought to you!!! And if you need anything fixed or cleaned they got you all the way...just ask and its delivered...Nice job to all of you the whole crew. I love this place
